But why does this mean so much to Ruddock? Because Ruddock, ASIO, the AFP and Bob Carr are desperate to find some evidence to prove that there is a link to Bilal Khazal, and Terror.

Bilal Khazal, who has been charged with facilitating terrorism, was granted bail and will face a Sydney committal hearing in June? But like all the rest of those people held in "AA" isolation with the worst of the worst convicted Ruddock and his agencies have no concrete evidence unless it has relied on International findings in Military Court's or Third World Countries where evidence simply cannot be relied upon.

A court in Beruit has jailed Saleh Jamal for five years with hard labour for allegedly plotting subversive activity with individuals in Lebanon's Palestinian refugee camps?

He was arrested in Beirut but did Phillip Ruddock's links to Lebanon ensure he was charged there? Could he have influenced the decision made by the authorities? You Bet!

Pro-Government version: "He was arrested in Beirut and initially charged there with having links to Al Qaeda and for involvement in a bombing in Damascus in 2004, but those charges were dropped."?

In Australia, he is accused of involvement in a drive-by shooting at the Lakemba police station in New South Wales in 1998. But that doesn't mean he was guilty! He fled Australia on a false passport while on bail, but wouldn't you if you were a Muslim living in Australian in the context of the vilification and racism in this country? And if he were innocent and thought he was being set-up for a noble cause?

Carr says even though there is not a formal extradition treaty in place, arrangements have been made for Jamal to be returned to Sydney once he has served his sentence in Lebanon.

Perhaps Bob Carr should come clean on his real motive! Like the sensationalism of terror to promote his draconian Terrorism (Police Powers) Act 2002.

Carr: "I've been advised that Interpol has alerted the Lebanese authorities to the outstanding issues in Australia," Mr Carr said. "On his return to Australia, New South Wales police will present evidence to the courts alleging his involvement in the shooting of the Lakemba police station."

So that the feds can then go on and claim that Bilal Khazal is a terrorist even if the evidence linked to him is false and misleading! Right Bob?

"The United States should not judge for itself what constitutes a national security threat and deny natural justice to those it accuses of terrorism, otherwise the trial will look like a Star chamber without proper rules," he said.


"This is absolutely unacceptable."

He also says it is a distortion of international law for Hicks and others to be held indefinitely at Guantanamo Bay.

"As an Australian national and a human being he's still entitled to a standard defence that shows the world that the principles we take for granted in our legal system are basic and should be enjoyed by all," Mr King said.

Mr King has not revealed whether he plans to run as an Independent at the federal election.

A second Australian man, 28-year-old Haytham Milhem, is also said, [? alleged], to be facing the military court. [a what? A military court? What's that?.]

Judge 'Who's Who' failed to get Haytham to give himself up but the two men can be held in custody for up to six months and that should be enough to get Mr Milhem talking.

Jamal was granted bail by a Sydney court back in 2001 despite the judge stating that the firearms charges he faced amounted to "urban terrorism". Key word: "Terrorism". Politically correct in the politics of fear perpetrated by our man, [war criminal], Phillip Ruddock.

But what about urban police corruption? Shooting attack for what? Did the police owe money for drugs? Or was he disgruntled about the service?

Why would a person launch a shooting attack on a police station in Sydney's south-western suburbs? Perhaps police didn't pay him his drug money? More interesting than the alleged terrorism charges in Lebanon wouldn't you think?

More than likely it was in the police best interests to help him get away and therefore no reasonable inquiry into the shooting would follow.

Or perhaps with or without this man being in custody in Australia we can still make those inquiries to find out why this man decided to shoot at the police station? Do the police have any ideas they would like to share with the community? Not likely!

The judge said it would take years for the case to go to trial because of legal complications and he should be granted bail with strict conditions.

But facing questions about the fact Jamal got bail, Bob Carr said the only reason the man fled the country was because of a lapse in border protection. [Just plain rubbish and propaganda.]

Carr: "You don't try to make a political issue out of this when the Federal Government is entirely to blame for him leaving Australia," he said.

A political issue it is both for Ch/Nine and the Federal Government who want to win an election. Bob you could have seen it coming. Any alleged terrorist is a gold mine for Howard and he will promote this as he has done time and time again using corporate media propaganda cells like Ch/9.

Rest assured Ruddock will have a direct line to CH 9's Judge 'Who's Who' and the other judge in the Military Court, [?] in Lebanon to insure the propaganda suits the current climate here in Australia.

The trial in Lebanon of a Sydney man facing terrorism charges in a military court has been adjourned. Saleh Jamal appeared in a military court in Beirut and requested a lawyer to represent him, prompting the 48 hour postponement.

[War criminal], attorney General Philip Ruddock will not comment on claims Saleh Jamal and Haytham Milhem have been charged with offences which include, [allegedly], raising money in Australia for Middle East terrorism, because Ch/9 and Judge Who's Who can adequately do that for him. Ruddock has told ABC program Lateline there is little he can say about the case. [but promote it?]

Ruddock: "We are aware they have been detained, we are aware that there were claims they were both Australians," he said. "We've undertaken consular examinations with them to obtain details of their documentation and our obligations in relation to them." Ruddock wants New South Wales to change its bail laws after one of the men used a false passport to flee Australia.

Good excuse anyway changing the bail laws again, not that it will affect the rest of the citizens who happen to reside in NSW? All this because of an alleged failure by the Federal Government or the NSW police service? Ruddock told the ABC that law changes might have stopped Jamal getting bail in the first place. [As well as everyone else?]

"The law in New South Wales has a presumption that people ought to be released on bail," he said.

"Where serious criminal offences are involved and where security, "terrorism" issues are involved, it seems to me the presumption ought to be in the reverse. [guilty]

"I understand New South Wales is looking at that."

[As I understand it, if Saleh Jamal was shooting at a police station in Lakemba then the police should come clean about the reasons why? Was it because the police owed him money? Was it because he was disgruntled about the police service? Did he have the green light to sell drugs for police? Did that go wrong? Did Jamal carry on as if he was above the law? What gave him that notion? Did police let him escape, because it was in their interests to let him go?]

The one that suppose to be autonomous according to Lord Denning. Where the Parliamentary Secretary can ask the commissioner of police to 'report' then sack him if he is not satisfied with such report.

Truth
Who is telling the truth? Well I guess Dr. Ed. Chadbourne or Mr. Peter Ryan may have the answer to that. Dr. Chadbourne sacked by Peter Ryan and more specifically in my view because he elected deputy commissioners Dave Madden and Andrew Scipione as the best men in the service in relation to his qualifications to make a recommendation in his capacity as human resources.That is if you believe that a Dr. can be corrupted.

What is happening between the Police Service and politics is quite extraordinary at the moment. If stand over tactics don't work tell half the truth honestly and follow the example of sheep. Another word for it is sleaze, yeah. Another word for it is workplace harassment. Another word for it is bribing a Police Officer. Another word for it is misleading Parliament.
