Workers exploit NSW prisons: Daily Terror?

A WARNING that 'workers' [and in this case a Muslim 'preacher'] allegedly disguised as sleepers may have been 'planted' inside NSW jails as 'workers' with 'access to prisoners' was ignored by the State Government for more than four years says, the daily terror.

They even opened up the gate and let them in and then let them out again without locking them up? And they simply just let them go after the visits without checking to see if in some time in their life those workers may have committed a crime.

Committing a crime and working for the government? The very reason why millions of other people can't get a government job?

And my, oh, my, those nasty authorities that agree that access to prisoners should not be banned and that communication is a Universal right?

The daily terror would have you believe that if any foreigner is found to have a criminal record in the system they can now be freely exploited by them as the likely followers of Osama BIN LADEN!

This is scary stuff folks, our prisons are now full of infiltrators ready to take over our jails and use them as command posts to attack the State government?

Actually not a bad idea? Laugh...

They have even allowed the daily terror to exploit the idea and suggest that now these nasty authorities - that hold all the power - should not let prisoners see any foreign worker unless it has been cleared by Interpol based on the alleged finding that one person working in the system was found to have had a criminal record dating back 10 years ago and nothing has been done since the report was completed four years ago.

But surely the authorities have known the known's about all the prisoners' who have access to the jail and all the workers and visitors who communicate?

One campaign which the daily terror is very well aware of in their pro-government exploitation of the fear factor in the 'war on terror' (which is terror). State-Terror.

Seems we just simply cannot have workers infiltrating the government because they might tell on them? Especially when the authorities are in complete control?

A 'confidential' government-commissioned report warned that the lack of security checks through Interpol or NSW authorities on non-custodial staff could pose a risk to jail security.

But I notice that it wasn't confidential to the daily terror?

The Terror: "The report, signed by Corrective Services Commissioner Ron Woodham, was based on an investigation into ethnic clustering and gang behaviour inside the state's prisons."

"Potential terrorist activity was not included in the study, despite its release two months after the events [USA false flag terrorist attack] of September 11, 2001."

Mmmmmm and which also did not include - The illegal and degrading war on Iraq and Afghanistan, the Bali bombings on the disco in 2002, on the train in Madrid in 2004, the Australian embassy in Jakarta in 2004, on the train and the bus in London in 2005, and in the cafe's in Bali in 2005. And to be honest all State Sanctioned Terror. It does sound like they had to dig up the report buried amongst all those reports that might be found to exploit the war on terror?

So for some other silly reason the Daily Terror say it 'can now be revealed' that non-custodial staff helped inmates maintain a communications network inside NSW jails, as recently as last year [Welfare, Education, Programs Religion] but the government never gave them this report to exploit, right?

And it could not be revealed before because they never thought of it?

So how do they communicate at the daily terror anyway? And what has that got to do with State prisons and the authorities that have always had complete control of those they employ and incarcerate?

This is what you call exploiting the prison population

The Terror: "Government inaction over the warnings was highlighted last week when it was revealed Iraqi-born Islamic cleric Anwar Hisam Al Barq - who had been extradited to the US in 1995 and served a jail term for drug offences - had slipped through security checks and gained employment in Corrective Services with access to inmates in 2001.

Notice how he slipped though? There was no failure to check his history to see if it was above the level required to join the public service?

Also Saleh Jamal is facing a military commission not a court.

But the strangest thing about these links is that it cannot be verified what the link is? - You don't hear about the validity or the substance of the link even if one person may have 'farted in the foyer of a hotel' the authorities would describe it as a link. But what link was discovered that was so alarming?

You're not going to find that out here

The terror: The report, by special project adviser Lawrence Goodstone to the Department of Corrective Services, recommended in 2001 that an overhaul of staff screening be implemented immediately with fingerprint checks and Interpol clearances.

"... concern has been expressed of late, that there is a potential for such [criminal] groups with powerful criminal connections and resources to plant sleepers on the payroll of the department who can be activated on an opportunistic basis to assist inmates when required," the report said.

"... non-custodial staff working inside jails are not subject to fingerprint checks nor are checks made with Interpol..."

[Nor are they criminals!]

"A second document, from a Corrective Service intelligence report, has recently raised concern that workers in the chaplaincy service had been passing messages between inmates from different prisons. Why the recommendations had not been acted upon remains unclear."

Of course communicating should be illegal just ask the terror? They see isolation and warehousing as the best option because that's the government's position and this propaganda aids that position and was pushed towards the terror for that conclusion and that no workers who have ever had a criminal record should ever work in the area of mentoring prisoners nor should they be allowed to communicate? I'm sure that suits the government just fine!

Once more the daily terror thinks that all prisoners should be locked up in an airtight box with no fresh air or sunlight if they suspect that mick guilty suspects they might be a terrorist threat because that is what your government wants?

When I got to Junee I was given nothing except bed linen. That's it! No clothing. I had to put my name down for clothing, which they said I could get on Saturday. Syria set to begin troop pull-back

Lebanese officials say Syria will start redeploying its troops to the east of Lebanon today in the first part of a two-phase withdrawal.

Syrian President Bashar al-Assad announced the withdrawal plans on Saturday.

He has been under pressure to act on a UN Security Council resolution for all foreign troops to leave Lebanon.

The pressure has mounted since the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri last month.

Lebanese Defence Minister Abdul Rahim Mrad has said the pullback will start immediately after a meeting in Damascus between leaders of both countries to approve Mr Assad's plan.

While Lebanese opposition supporters are overjoyed at the announcement, the United States remains sceptical.

Speaking on US television, the White House director of communications, Dan Bartlett, said the US would maintain pressure on Syria.

He described the offer made by Mr Assad as "half-hearted".

Pro-Syrian groups such as Hezbollah are not impressed by Mr Assad's announcement.

Hezbollah's leader, Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, has called for public protests against the withdrawal.

"President Bashar al-Assad and Syria, which is a UN member state, have the right to respect this international resolution," he said.

"But we as Lebanese parties and popular forces meeting today also have the right to reject this international resolution because it constitutes a flagrant interference in our internal affairs."

A court in Beruit has jailed Saleh Jamal for five years with hard labour for allegedly plotting subversive activity with individuals in Lebanon's Palestinian refugee camps?

He was arrested in Beirut but did Phillip Ruddock's links to Lebanon ensure he was charged there? Could he have influenced the decision made by the authorities? You Bet!

Pro-Government version: "He was arrested in Beirut and initially charged there with having links to Al Qaeda and for involvement in a bombing in Damascus in 2004, but those charges were dropped."?

In Australia, he is accused of involvement in a drive-by shooting at the Lakemba police station in New South Wales in 1998. But that doesn't mean he was guilty! He fled Australia on a false passport while on bail, but wouldn't you if you were a Muslim living in Australian in the context of the vilification and racism in this country? And if he were innocent and thought he was being set-up for a noble cause?

Carr says even though there is not a formal extradition treaty in place, arrangements have been made for Jamal to be returned to Sydney once he has served his sentence in Lebanon.

Perhaps Bob Carr should come clean on his real motive! Like the sensationalism of terror to promote his draconian Terrorism (Police Powers) Act 2002.

Carr: "I've been advised that Interpol has alerted the Lebanese authorities to the outstanding issues in Australia," Mr Carr said. "On his return to Australia, New South Wales police will present evidence to the courts alleging his involvement in the shooting of the Lakemba police station."

So that the feds can then go on and claim that Bilal Khazal is a terrorist even if the evidence linked to him is false and misleading! Right Bob?

Lebanon's Damascus-backed leaders face a massive public backlash and international pressure to find the killers of former premier Rafiq Hariri as mourners unite in blaming Syria for his murder.

Hundreds of thousands of Lebanese turned out for Mr Hariri's funeral yesterday, chanting "Syria out".

"The reality they (the Government) should ponder is that Hariri's funeral turnout was a massive, popular vote of no-confidence in the Government," the Daily Star said.

"Damascus should also take the heed of what is a poignant message."

The funeral came as the United States led international calls for a Syrian troop withdrawal and end to its political domination of its tiny neighbour.

"There needs to be an international investigation," US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice told a Senate hearing, after Washington recalled its ambassador to Syria over the killing but stopped short from blaming Damascus.

French President Jacques Chirac, in Beirut to pay his condolences, demanded that "light be shed" on the killing of his close friend Mr Hariri, as similar calls came from Saudi Arabia and the European Union.

The family of Mr Hariri, the billionaire architect of Lebanon's post-war revival, has backed the calls for an international probe.

The family is urging Arab and world support for a UN Security Council demand for a probe to find and punish the culprits.

"We pledge that the blood of Rafiq Hariri and his comrades will not have been shed in vain and we will not spare any effort to unmask those who ordered this crime, no matter their position," a family statement said.

"We call on the Arab and the international communities to implement the declaration of the president of the Security Council... to identify and punish the culprits within a short and reasonable time."

Mr Hariri's killing has added to high political tensions over Syria's powerbroker role in Lebanon ahead of May elections and raised fears of a revival of the confessional conflict that ripped the country apart in the 1975-1990 civil war.

However, the country appeared united in grief on Wednesday when hundreds of thousands of Lebanese from all religious communities swarmed the streets of Beirut for his funeral.

The five-time prime minister was killed along with 14 other people, including seven of his bodyguards, in what officials said could have been a suicide car bombing.

However, there have been some suggestions the explosives were planted under the road.

The attack came four months after Mr Hariri, 60, resigned in a row with Damascus-backed President Emile Lahoud over Syria's domination of his country.

Channel Nine Judge finds Saleh Jamal Guilty?

Why would a man carry out a shooting attack on a police station in Sydney's south-western suburbs? Because police wouldn't give him a licence? Because police owed him money?

Such an important question could easily be overlooked especially if he escaped to Lebanon before a public inquiry in NSW.

Now the man is allegedly linked as reported by Ch/9s new Judge, 'Who's Who', to international terrorism, [in other words another scapegoat for the Coalition of the Killing's resource war's in the Middle East], and the politics of fear-mongering.

Perhaps we won't get to the bottom of the NSW allegations of Shooting at a Police Station.

Perhaps the most important question for the citizens who reside in this state could be overlooked by Bob Carr and Police Minister John Watkins, now the alleged offender has escaped from his bail obligations.

Perhaps our honest police could be more forthcoming giving us a reasonable explanation for the alleged shooting?

CH/Nine: Two Australians are reportedly due to face a military court [?] in Lebanon charged with, [alleged], offences which include raising money in Australia for, [alleged], terrorism in the Middle East.

Channel Nine reported that Saleh Jamal has confessed to funding terrorist acts in the Middle East using finances recruited in Australia. So who's who at Nine? When did the Nine networks take over national and international public prosecutions? Or is this what a military Judge told them?

So if I said shit was blue then Ch/Nine would also report that shit was blue if of course it suited them to report the same.

The question is do they have an interest to report the politics of fear for the Howard Government? And sadly the answer to that question is yes!

Allegedly, Jamal left Australia on a false passport while on bail for charges relating to a shooting attack on a police station in Sydney's south-western suburbs.

Shooting attack for what? Did the police owe money for drugs? Or was he disgruntled about the service?

The report says Jamal has also named members of a Lebanese-based Al Qaeda group, [? a fictional USA demon], travelled between known terror units, [? keywords: terror units, cells, plots, links, jihad, training camps etc...], and has, [allegedly], confessed to assisting in a recent bombing in Syria. [?] Says Channel Nine's newly appointed Judge, 'Who's Who?'

A second Australian man, 28-year-old Haytham Milhem, is also said, [? alleged], to be facing the military court. [a what? A military court? What's that?.]

Judge 'Who's Who' failed to get Haytham to give himself up but the two men can be held in custody for up to six months and that should be enough to get Mr Milhem talking.

Meanwhile, New South Wales Premier Bob Carr says the Federal Government is entirely to blame for Jamal fleeing Australia while on bail. Carr has faced questions in Parliament about how the man got bail.

Jamal was granted bail by a Sydney court back in 2001 despite the judge stating that the firearms charges he faced amounted to "urban terrorism". Key word: "Terrorism". Politically correct in the politics of fear perpetrated by our man, [war criminal], Phillip Ruddock.

But what about urban police corruption? Shooting attack for what? Did the police owe money for drugs? Or was he disgruntled about the service?

Why would a person launch a shooting attack on a police station in Sydney's south-western suburbs? Perhaps police didn't pay him his drug money? More interesting than the alleged terrorism charges in Lebanon wouldn't you think?

More than likely it was in the police best interests to help him get away and therefore no reasonable inquiry into the shooting would follow.

[As I understand it, if Saleh Jamal was shooting at a police station in Lakemba then the police should come clean about the reasons why? Was it because the police owed him money? Was it because he was disgruntled about the police service? Did he have the green light to sell drugs for police? Did that go wrong? Did Jamal carry on as if he was above the law? What gave him that notion? Did police let him escape, because it was in their interests to let him go?]

Truth
Who is telling the truth? Well I guess Dr. Ed. Chadbourne or Mr. Peter Ryan may have the answer to that. Dr. Chadbourne sacked by Peter Ryan and more specifically in my view because he elected deputy commissioners Dave Madden and Andrew Scipione as the best men in the service in relation to his qualifications to make a recommendation in his capacity as human resources.That is if you believe that a Dr. can be corrupted.

Honesty
What is happening between the Police Service and politics is quite extraordinary at the moment. If stand over tactics don't work tell half the truth honestly and follow the example of sheep. Another word for it is sleaze, yeah. Another word for it is workplace harassment. Another word for it is bribing a Police Officer. Another word for it is misleading Parliament.
