Victoria's top cop needs a watchdog?

The Bracks Government is expected to announce new powers of investigation for the Victorian Ombudsman today. So what are they trying to say? The dog never had the power?

How about the Ombudsman in NSW, who investigates nothing and rubber-stamps what the corrupt NSW government and police say?

Victorian police are corrupt no doubt and people are dying in the streets. The police know all about it after all they are *directing traffic.* No one is seriously guessing are they?

In reality police are dumb (meaning that they are not intelligent) and it's we that are *stupid* for not doing something about police corruption in Australia today.

Victoria Police Chief Commissioner Christine Nixon has urged the Government to consider stronger powers for the Ombudsman to investigate police corruption and any links to Melbourne's gangland killings.

She also believes an independent commission against corruption could be beneficial in Victoria. "We now need to get out there and have a look to see what else might be needed to make us as corruption resistant and the state as safe as possible," Commissioner Nixon said.

The Independent Commission Against Corruption in NSW was taken off the job of dealing with corrupt police and replaced by another dog the Police Integrity, [Selective], Commission which is corrupt. How do I know they are corrupt? Because they only selectively investigate corrupt police who don't toe the line. Corrupt police that do toe the line for senior police are still corrupt for the government in NSW today.

Many people have not had their complaints investigated by the PIC because hard evidence is not what they are seeking. They let off a bit of steam from time to time and give up corrupt police who won't do what senior police want them to do, corruptly, so they're out. What do we do now? Urge the corrupt government in NSW and other States and Territories not to give us another toothless terrier.

Police sell drugs and they use thugs to deliver the goods. Thugs have the green light and when competition rears it's ugly head they have a ready willing bunch of thugs to do the killing, whether police said so or not. By this time the thugs are out of control. They don't know what the law is because by this time they have well and truly forgot.

Chances are in any case that Victorian police are the killers themselves. If they can investigate themselves they can kill and get away with it. The fact that the killings have gone on for so long and police seem to suggest they have no answer tells us that they could indeed be the killers.

In NSW police sell drugs to bikies in particular Rebels and the bikies sell the drugs to the population, given they have the green light. Kings Cross, Cabramatta and South West Sydney are some examples where the thugs got out of control selling drugs for police.

I refer to STEPHEN William McDowell dedicated 17 years of his life to serving as a NSW police officer. His police academy class graduation photo, dated June 25, 1979, shows him posing for the camera amongst other proud recruits. He went on to serve as a highway patrol officer at Liverpool and a general duties officer at Green Valley and Fairfield before leaving the force in 1996 with a work related injury. He served with the elite Tactical Response Group and was commended for bravery for shooting a dog, which attacked while he was attending a west Sydney residence.

McDowell, 44, of Glen Alpine in Sydney's southwest, was head of a chapter of one of the largest and most feared outlaw motorcycle gangs in Australia. Even more so because he has corrupt police behind him. Court documents list McDowell's occupation as ``President, Rebel OMCG'' (outlaw motorcycle gang).

How do I know the police and Rebel bikies were working together in Sydney and the government was behind it? Because no one in the NSW government or Bronwyn Bishop's Federal Parliamentary Inquiry was willing to look at the evidence I have that proves it. And it makes me wonder!

Late yesterday, Premier Steve Bracks met the new Ombudsman, George Brouwer. Mr Bracks is expected to announce new powers for the Ombudsman's office later today.

Partners in crime - history!

Roger Rogerson, the old hero, who never faced a result in the Lanfranchy, or Huckstepp murders, was let off in my opinion when the New South Wales Government rolled the legal system (deciding what evidence to give the police prosecutor) to have the jury believe the illusion they (the Government wanted to create).Similarly, Peter Ryan facing the Police Integrity Commission for questions about his involvement in the demise of the dysfunctional reform unit. Chess in the court (rolling the legal system).

Same boat

The Premier, Bob Carr, relies on a militia. A gang of bikies and our Police Service, to show all of us he is no murderer. He should be taken to the task along with his partners in crime like Clive Small to account for those people who like my self have been maliciously assaulted and who have complained, without any service and those who cannot speak for themselves who were murdered, like Terry Falconer.Terry murdered in custody.

Black Knight - Long way to go home
In line with the current climate of police corruption and the demise of the reform unit set up by Wood, these facts ought to have been a good reason to leave Moroney out of the package as Commissioner.

Deeds
I am disturbed by Governments 'actions' in relation to shuffling the police service. Clive Small seconded into Parliament like a cocky in a perch. A breach of the fundamental Separation of Powers Doctrine does not in my view allow the thought of intervening, planning, or shuffling to stack the deck of our police service. The one that suppose to be autonomous according to Lord Denning. Where the Parliamentary Secretary can ask the commissioner of police to 'report' then sack him if he is not satisfied with such report.

Australia's Political Underworld...& their enforcers
The promotion of law and order means money to big business. Profits from insurance, security fixtures, patrol services and the like can only continue to grow if the perceived threat of uncontrollable crime wave escalates. In the past few months there have been many examples of the true nature of our blood thirsty politicians and their sinister attempts to spoon-feed a not so gullible public with their repetitious rhetoric.

Truth
Who is telling the truth? Well I guess Dr. Ed. Chadbourne or Mr. Peter Ryan may have the answer to that. Dr. Chadbourne sacked by Peter Ryan and more specifically in my view because he elected deputy commissioners Dave Madden and Andrew Scipione as the best men in the service in relation to his qualifications to make a recommendation in his capacity as human resources. That is if you believe that a Dr. can be corrupted.

Honesty
What is happening between the Police Service and politics is quite extraordinary at the moment. If stand over tactics don't work tell half the truth honestly and follow the example of sheep. Another word for it is sleaze, yeah. Another word for it is workplace harassment. Another word for it is bribing a Police Officer. Another word for it is misleading Parliament.

Tele Tales
Most people I know don't buy the Daily Telegraph. Why? Because of the lies and propaganda purported by them.

Lord Denning
Interesting how a member of the Police Board Mr. Tim Priest would hold grave fears for his safety from dangerous senior police but fails to name them or have them sacked. Rather Priest resigns as if he had no powers. Could that mean what he was saying is that the Governments are also corrupt?

Corrosive
Clive Small is Bob Carr's choice for the new Police Commissioner. It could only be the case considering his, Small's special appointment into Parliament House. Small who suffers from the little person syndrome is the ideal bend over boy who gets shuffled through his corrupt actions. Rolling the legal system for him after the fact, just like his predecessor Roger the dodger Rogerson.

Black Nexus
The Separation of Powers Doctrine is nowcontaminated witharangeofcolours, now leaving us with a black shirt on a once blue bridge that crossed that thin blue line. The 'Amery and Woodham show'.

Same boat
