NSW Corrective Services: Security Threat Group?

They want to see a (VJ)! A VISITING JUSTICE!

Hi there, we recently visited a very friendly social group called Justice Action for some help.

The problem we have is that our boyfriends are in prison and are being excluded from their friend's in the main prison and are being mistreated in an inhumane an degrading way.

Firstly, they were housed at Parklea Prison back in 2003, they were accused of being gang leaders (who deserve special treatment) the consequences of which Ron Woodham the NSW Commissioner of Corrective Services doesn't have to prove and most likely won't be at all challenged on it by any 'toothless watchdog's' that are beholding to the authorities, regardless of the real truth.

These alleged gang leaders of all ethnic groups are house in the one unit within the prison parameters and are separated from the main prisoners', effectively dividing and conquering any idea about socialising with other prisoners (de-socialisation). Pretty normal?

In 2004, our loved ones and the rest of those prisoners were all transferred to the 'Supermax' prison at Goulburn Correctional Centre at the HRMU.

As for the conditions at the HRMU there have been many reports. Click on the link below.

The STG prisoners' are gassed and have been gassed in their unit when things get out of hand and the problem is that others get collective punishment by being gassed too because they cannot escape from their cells.

Jill says, "My boyfriend gets gassed and is suffering Asma and so is his friends because they cannot escape as the gas affects everyone in the unit regardless of who was gassed.

In 2004 our boyfriends were transferred to Lithgow Correctional Centre in a special Unit. Perspex was placed over the windows leaving only a golf ball size hole for air to breathe.

In short they are ventilated with stale air and have trouble breathing and are gassed, this is degrading treatment as they cannot escape the gas in their cells and have been closed in for up to 23 hours a day.

Justice Action informs us we should ask the Department of Corrective Services for their 'Case Management Plan'?

We hope with our friends help we can see what the departments intentions are in relation to the rest of the time they must serve in prison and how long they must be isolated and mistreated.

They have gassed our loved one's in November 2004 then gassed again in February 2005.

They've had enough and our loved ones have asked us for help. There names have been withheld so there won't be any retaliation by DCS! We hope! But if we don't speak out for them there is no one else.

This gas causes sickness and as I have said Asma to some of those caught up in this process.

We have been advised to draft letters to the Minister for Justice Mr John Hazistergos, The Commissioner Ron Woodham and the office of the NSW Ombudsman.

Furthermore, we have also been told not to expect any help from those people. Because in the past they have failed to assist when complaints were acknowledged by them but were not acted upon by the State or the State Ombudsman's office for 11 months. Complaints were made in relation to the HRMU from 2003-2004, and to date no action against the authorities has ever been taken?

In that case Justice Aciton sent the prisoners at the HRMU a form to get the prisoners' authorisation to act on their behalf and those authorities were confiscated by the Commissioner of Corrective Services for the good order and security of the prison?

That meant that under the 'Privacy Act' Justice Action could not act on their behalf and take up their complaints with the authorities?

They told us that they thought the Privacy Act was for people who wanted privacy not for public authorities to withhold authorisations from prisoners seeking assistance or who are in grave danger?

That is why we have raised this article to inform the community of the dangers and hopefully shine some light into the Darkness of the Alleged Corrective Services.

Prison is not a normal environment

It makes no sense to mistreat people just because they're popular or someone doesn't like them.

Does the DCS have some other motive to house them at low cost or to claim that there is some need to treat people like that?

If they have friends (because they're well liked) then they're gang leaders? Excuse us, but can we have a report with a Case Management Plan that conforms to a common sense approach opposed to a collective punishment regime, exclusion, inhumane and degrading treatment and brutality, whilst in the custody of the STATE! We're not going to take this anymore and we've been asked by our loved ones for some help.

Keep the bastards honest: Publicity keeps an eye on ethics?

The Australian Federal Police commissioner says investigations into terrorist links [scapegoat and patsy links] to Australia are being made more difficult by public debate about the progress of inquiries.

The Last Speech of Chile's President Salvador Allende, 11 September 1973.

To those persecuted in our country, fascism has been here for a long time, in terrorist attacks, blowing up bridges; cutting off railroads, destroying oil and gas pipelines in the face of the silence of those who had the duty to investigate, yet were accomplices history will judge them.

Ring a bell? Mick Keelty says it is unfortunate that the Australian Federal Police's inquiries into connections with [alleged] Spanish Al Qaeda suspect Abu Dahdah have been made so public.

He has defended the progress of police investigations into [alleged] Australian links with Abu Dahdah, saying the police focus shifted from intelligence gathering to a criminal inquiry in June this year. [Just plain rubbish.]

Keelty: "The end objective for gathering material is very different in an intelligence operation than what it is in a criminal investigation and the material that's been gathered in recent times has been gathered for a totally different purpose than what it was, or may have been, in previous times," he said.

Keelty says he does not blame the Labor Party for the public debate, but he is concerned that the terrorism inquiries [scapegoat and patsy inquiries] have been made public.

"It doesn't help anybody, it doesn't assist anybody in the fight against [state] terrorism if we have to at every stage of what we're doing expose everything into the public forum," he said.

[But that is how state sanctioned terrorism and treason are uncovered, by reverse surveillance.]

Labor's Kevin Rudd says he will continue querying the depth of inquiries into the two Australians and their overseas connections.

[But not deep enough because Labor is in on it too!]

Rudd: "In an age of [state] terrorism when the Howard Government talks day in and day out about terrorism and the security threat to Australia, it's fair to ask: what have you actually been doing on this specific terrorism case?" he said.

THE BELL: What about in an age of government irresponsibility. What about the fact that the lies purported to have been true by people who investigate serve only to undermine the integrity of the people and lift government greed into the Millennium.

US Deputy Sheriff dismisses Indonesian comment that US king of terrorists

Deputy Sheriff to the US Prime Minister John Howard says he does not agree with comments by the Indonesian Vice-President Hamzah Haz that the real terrorist is the United States for attacking Iraq.

It has been reported that Hamzah Haz has told an Islamic boarding school in Central Java the United States are the "king of terrorists".

War criminal, Howard has told the Southern Cross radio network he does not think President Megawati Sukarnoputri would agree with her Vice-President.

But did Howard ask Megawati Sukarnoputri? No! He jumped straight over the top of Hamzah Haz into the politics of Indonesia just like Deputy Dog. Telling Australia what someone else thinks without asking them is the hight of ignorance. Not listening to what other countries are saying about us is ignorant and stupid. Why? Because he's backing the "king of the terrorists in our name, making enemies with our closest neighbours.

War Criminal Howard: "Things are often said in different countries that have different cultures and political systems, operate in a different way."

"We might, from our vantage point as Australians see [this] as very strange.

"But part of having an effective fight against terrorism in the region is to have a good relationship with Indonesia and sometimes you have to manage your language and calibrate your responses to serve those ends."

Qantas handler handcuffed to al-Qa'ida

Parody: A FORMER Qantas baggage handler allegedly named by the CIA, who? CIA! What, they tell the truth? Who? Named by the CIA as an al-Qa'ida member has allegedly been linked to an alleged Spanish leader of the terrorist network.

Spanish who? What, Spain doesn't lie? Who? What, that place where Christopher Skase was hold up? The same place where alleged information came from, that stated something like Iraq could use Nukes in 24 hours, so we should pre-empt a strike on that country first? Go on tell me more.

War criminal, Attorney-General Daryl Williams who? Daryl Williams who? Oh you mean that Daryl Williams, would you believe him? You say he what? Confirmed last night the Government was aware of claims that Sydney man Bilal Khazal and Melbourne cleric Sheikh Mohammed Omran were linked to an al-Qa'ida detainee known as Abu Dahdah.

You say you do or don't believe him? You're not sure? Because why? Oh because now Abu Bakar Bashir cannot be blamed the Government needs a new demon. I see tell me more?

The allegations raised yesterday on ABC radio. ABC who? Howard's ABC. But they tell the government's tale don't they? They don't report news? They tell you what Daryl Williams and Alexander Downer and John Howard want them to tell us.

Oh they tell the Un-Australian Newspaper as well. Go on....

[Allegedly] from telephone intercepts tendered recently in a Spanish court. A Spanish court do they have rules in a Spanish Court? Or can they just get away with saying anything that needs support?

Like Skase when he needed Spanish Court support? You say that it was suggested, that there was repeated contact between the two Australians and the Spaniard?

Among other things, Abu Dahdah is accused of having close links [keywords: links, cells, plots, training camps, jiad, terror], to the leader of the [CIA, false flag], September 11 terrorists, [patsy and scapegoat] Mohammed Atta.

Just as well it's only and allegation. Are you sure it's not made up? Hearsay? Perhaps John Howard's vision? You say he is the most senior alleged al-Qa'ida operative arrested in Spain. How do you know that? You say he is accused of links to leaders of the network's terror cells across Europe.

Well just as well it is only an accusation otherwise we perhaps need to look for relevant evidence? You say there is no need. Why? Oh you can make it up. You mean you have the ability to profile your victim? Yes! Oh! why does Australia need a terrorist or terrorist group anyway?

Oh you say Australia wants a legitimate reason to remain in Indonesia. What for? You don't know! Okay. Perhaps we can ask John Howard later about all this nonsense? What! He won't tell you? Oh it's a secret and he's the deputy sheriff of the pacific. Oh now I'm getting the picture.

[Perhaps the Coaltion of the Killing need to bolster support and quell dissent for their illegal and degrading resource war's in the Middle East?]

The Australian Federal Police who? You mean you believe the AFP? No, but they still continue to confirm. You say confirmed last night it had an interest in the two Australians as part of 65 ongoing counter-terrorism probes.

What! Information for John Howard via the CIA, Spain, Daryl Williams, and Alexander Downer. Do you believe them? No! Then why go to press? Oh! You think you can have the greater majority, who are busy trying to make ends meet and getting on with their lives, believe what you say, whether it's true or not.

Why would they believe a story that wasn't true? Oh! They're busy and they won't notice. Why did they tell John Howard's ABC and the Un-Australian Newspaper about it then? Oh, so we can have a demon to believe in. I see.

Why do we need such a terror monster it's quite traumatising for all concerned to live with fear? Oh, you say it has something to do with capitalism, greed, and the American way. I don't fully understand that, correct me if I'm wrong. In order for some people to be rich we destroy the hearts, minds and soles of our children and ourselves. Go on. Tell me more...

Only one person, Perth man Jack Roche, has been charged with any links to terrorism since the [false flag, CIA], September 11 attacks. I see!

Speaking on Howard's ABC yesterday, Sheikh Omran, who arrived in Australia from Jordan 18 years ago, denied any knowledge of Abu Dahdah. This was despite the [alledged] documents tendered in the Spanish court [allegedly] listing a phone number linked to him.

But the Spanish court where Skase was hiding, they do tell the truth then? You're not sure. But Skase stole millions off the Australian people and the Spanish court said they did not have the power to order a Spanish citizen to repay the debt or be sent home. So Spanish law is different than Australian law? Yes! Do you think it has something to do with ethics? You're not sure.

Also [allegedly] tendered was [alleged] evidence of repeated phone calls to a landline and mobile phone number linked to Mr Khazal, a[n alleged] hardline Muslim figure based in Sydney's southwest. I see who tendered that evidence?

Mr Khazal worked as a baggage handler at Sydney international airport in the lead-up to the 2000 Olympics. The CIA who? The CIA. But do they tell the truth? You don't think so. You say they linked him to al-Qa'ida in mid-2002. The information was based on intelligence tips from the Palestinian Authority. Oh, the Palestinian Authority but who?

Mr Khazal's passport has since been revoked by the federal Government. His website for the radical western Sydney-based Islamic Youth Movement has also been closely monitored for many years. I see!

It is [alleged], highly likely the two Australians also are members of al-Qa'ida, counter-terrorism expert Neil Fergus said last night. I see so now you can do anything you like because if you convince the Australian public there is some evidence, even though the evidence alleged came from Spain, via the CIA, via the Palestinian Authority, who we should believe, because we're scared.

What? You say they, what? You say who? Oh those moral and ethical defenders of the world. Oh, I see. They said there was evidence. So it's not just a delusion in you mind or mine. You say there is real untested evidence that you found? I see, that's cool. Can you show me how to do that?

Mr Fergus also said Australian authorities should exercise inquisitorial powers introduced after [the CIA false, flag], September 11 to interrogate the men over their involvement in the group.

A spokeswoman for war criminal, Williams said the Government was aware of the documents and the alleged links they exposed.

Oh! Are they watching us as well? Yes! So we shouldn't report the truth? You're not sure? Wow! Go on tell me more... Like, I dare you to give me another demon? Come on? Demons are a girl's best friend aren't they? Oh, that was diamonds. Sorry. Don't tell George Bush, next thing you know he'll be looking for oil.

Australian communication rape

Using the Internet to communicate thoughts and expose corruption. Opposed to the Governments line, 'Material on the Internet that would be regarded by a 'reasonable person' as inciting violence, offensive and for 'menacing purposes'.

Don't be fooled by the Government. For it depends how a person thinks and what side they're on.

The term 'reasonable person' is? Could be anyone in power, with a bias? Who doesn't want to be exposed? Or who has a, Noble Cause, and who wants to kick your butt?

In 1838, Birney wrote the following:

"I have not one helper not one from whom I can draw sympathy on this topic! Again he faced censure and threats of violence from mobs while he believed, that if ever there was a time, it is now come.

I am aware that many object to the severity of my language, but is there no cause for severity?

I will be harsh, as harsh as the truth, and as uncompromising as justice. On this subject I do not wish to speak or write with moderation.

No! Tell a man whose house is on fire to give a moderate alarm. Tell a mother to gradually extricate her babe from the fire into which he has fallen, but urge me not to use moderation in a cause like the present.

I am earnest. I will not equivocate. I will not retreat a single inch and I will be heard."

For instance: Any person who makes an application for an Apprehended Violence Order will get the court to have one made out in their favour, no mater what. Because what has to be proved is that the applicant has a reasonable fear? A defendant's claim the applicant doesn't have a reasonable fear, simply doesn't exist. Reasonable, means people are allowed to have a fear and they can tell the court, that, that it is in fact the case. Now the defendant has to prove otherwise. It is simply not done. The court has no alternative but to believe that the applicant has such a fear, whether that be true or not. And then and Apprehended Violence Order is ordered by the court.

In this case "material on the Internet that would be regarded by a reasonable person as offensive and for menacing purposes or incites a violent act etc..."

Firstly, are Richard Alston and Chris Ellison reasonable people? You might like to take that one at a time, because I'm sure they're unique individuals, but who both work for the Government.

[And at this time the Government is part of the Coalition of the Killing and taking part in criminal acts, that need to be exposed. They're killing innocent people, in and illegal and degrading war, and committing crimes against humanity, in Iraq and Afghanistan.]

So are Richard Alston and Chris Ellison reasonable people?

If your answer is yes then why are they trying to rape communication in the first place?

If your answer is yes then what about the losers who eventually, take their place? Will they be reasonable?

If your answer is no then they're going to get you anyway.

Says a lot for a reasonable person. Whosoever reasonably wants you arrested shall arrest you. Using their rule of law, in their institutions, and by using their terms.

Even if they give you a reasonable warning then someone else posts an article with your name on it. Do you think you would get a reasonable opportunity to defend yourself with Legal Aid?

Is this why citizenship has been added to the school curriculum instead of social skills, conflict resolution and communication?

Australia you're in deep shit. What about the e-mail I just got saying, the e-mail I didn't send was sent with a virus? Do you think I could be reasonably charged for the e-mail I never sent?

Can you wait for the Australian Patriot Act?

NSW: More Police Force?

Police Minister 'open to ideas' to stop shootings? Or police Minister acting dumb?

The New South Wales Police Minister says he will consider giving officers more powers if it will help prevent gun crimes.

[Aren't you glad he had an if! Because if you planted a feather in the ground and it grew a chook then who would be looking for eggs?]

There were three shootings in Sydney over the weekend. In the worst incident, an 18-year-old man was shot in the face outside a party at Cecil Hills on Friday night. He died later in hospital. Police played down that it could have been gang related.

[But the person was shot in the head a point blank range and that doesn't happen everyday by a stranger minding his own business does it? Sounds like a gang killing because of drugs or money owed to some person.]

The Opposition says there have been 40 shootings in New South Wales since the state election. Now it wants police to be given extra powers to carry out random weapons searches on cars in crime hotspots.

[This is just nonsense!]

Police Minister John Watkins says any reasonable idea will be considered.

[So why don't we reasonably ban all firearms?]
[Instead of taking away common liberties and the freedoms of every person. The right to mind his/her own business and not be targeted or harassed by any cop whom thinks he can interfere with you any time any place.]

[If The government gave cops the powers do what they wanted because someone doesn't like your head and they decide to nominate your area as a hotspot, then this won't solve the problem of gun control, but will alienate the community.]

Watkins: "I won't rule out any effective means that the police advise me will assist them in the battle against illegal firearms," he said.

[It wasn't a Lib/Lab plan, based on media reports of failures to control gun crime, all along was it?]

[I wonder if he Liberals or the police advised the minister to jump off a cliff to fix the problem whether he would? Is the Minister in the right portfolio? Does he think for himself?]
But Watkins says there is little more the State Government can do until the Federal Government cracks down on the illegal trade of firearms across state and national borders.

New South Wales Shadow Police Minister Peter Debnam says the State Government must "declare war on thugs with guns trading in death".

[But instead has declared war on himself and the Liberty of all NSW Citizens. This is an emotional response to gang related activity, in the suburbs, and in the past Police have been responsible for dropping the ball.]

Police in western Sydney have begun a murder investigation after the death of a man who was shot at an 18th birthday party in the early hours of yesterday morning.

Police say they are confident of finding the person responsible for the shooting. Detective Sergeant John McGee says about half of the 100 guests attending the function at the Cecil Hills Community Centre have been interviewed.

There were two other shooting incidents Saturday night and Mr Debnam says the Government is in denial about the fact that illegal handgun culture is out of control.

[But is it illegal handgun culture or gang culture that is out of control?]

Debnam says Premier Bob Carr must double the resources devoted to shooting investigations and sanction random weapon searches of vehicles in crime hot spots and not just fob the problem off to Customs and the Federal Police.

"We've had warning after warning from the various crime authorities saying that if you look at illegal handguns, the real problem is Sydney and the real problem is south-west Sydney," he said.

"It's a state issue, it's a local issue probably restricted to about four local government areas. "What we really need from Bob Carr is more resources put into police on the streets, criminal investigations, to track down those thugs with guns who are trading in death.

Deeds
I am disturbed by Governments 'actions' in relation to shuffling the police service. Clive Small seconded into Parliament like a cocky in a perch. A breach of the fundamental Separation of Powers Doctrine does not in my view allow the thought of intervening, planning, or shuffling to stack the deck of our police service. The one that suppose to be autonomous according to Lord Denning. Where the Parliamentary Secretary can ask the commissioner of police to 'report' then sack him if he is not satisfied with such report.

Australia's Political Underworld...& their enforcers
The promotion of law and order means money to big business. Profits from insurance, security fixtures, patrol services and the like can only continue to grow if the perceived threat of uncontrollable crime wave escalates. In the past few months there have been many examples of the true nature of our blood thirsty politicians and their sinister attempts to spoon-feed a not so gullible public with their repetitious rhetoric.

Truth
Who is telling the truth? Well I guess Dr. Ed. Chadbourne or Mr. Peter Ryan may have the answer to that. Dr. Chadbourne sacked by Peter Ryan and more specifically in my view because he elected deputy commissioners Dave Madden and Andrew Scipione as the best men in the service in relation to his qualifications to make a recommendation in his capacity as human resources. That is if you believe that a Dr. can be corrupted.

Honesty
What is happening between the Police Service and politics is quite extraordinary at the moment. If stand over tactics don't work tell half the truth honestly and follow the example of sheep. Another word for it is sleaze, yeah. Another word for it is workplace harassment. Another word for it is bribing a Police Officer. Another word for it is misleading Parliament.

Tele Tales
Most people I know don't buy the Daily Telegraph. Why? Because of the lies and propaganda purported by them.

Lord Denning
Interesting how a member of the Police Board Mr. Tim Priest would hold grave fears for his safety from dangerous senior police but fails to name them or have them sacked. Rather Priest resigns as if he had no powers. Could that mean what he was saying is that the Governments are also corrupt?

Corrosive
Clive Small is Bob Carr's choice for the new Police Commissioner. It could only be the case considering his, Small's special appointment into Parliament House. Small who suffers from the little person syndrome is the ideal bend over boy who gets shuffled through his corrupt actions. Rolling the legal system for him after the fact, just like his predecessor Roger the dodger Rogerson.

Black Nexus
The Separation of Powers Doctrine is nowcontaminated witharangeofcolours, now leaving us with a black shirt on a once blue bridge that crossed that thin blue line. The 'Amery and Woodham show'.

Same boat
The Premier, Bob Carr, relies on a militia. A gang of bikies and our Police Service, to show all of us he is no murderer. He should be taken to the task along with his partners in crime like Clive Small to account for those people who like my self have been maliciously assaulted and who have complained, without any service and those who cannot speak for themselves who were murdered, like Terry Falconer. Terry murdered in custody.
