Bali trio scapegoats for state terror

THREE more men will be used as scapegoats for Indonesian State sanctioned terrorism and charged with involvement in last month's Bali suicide bombings that killed four Australians, Indonesian police said last night.

But you can't always believe what police say especially in Indonesia where state sanctioned terror is rampant.

False reporting

Bali bomber? Azahari dead?

Allegedly the government responsible and or complicit in the Bali bombings and an attack on the Australian embassy in Jakarta cannot now be blamed because the Indonesian authorities claim to have blown up a man they blamed it on.

Azahari bin Husin, the man they claim was responsible but now cannot give any evidence contrary to what has been claimed by the authorities because they alleged to have witnessed that he was blown up.

Quite strange was the fact that the Un-Australian headlined it this morning before any alleged DNA result confirmed the death of the alleged person Azahari bin Husin. Did he even exist? Will you be satisfied with the alleged DNA testing by the Indonesian authorities? Was he the Bali bomber? Did he execute both explosions in the first Bali bombing?

Has he been dead for some time and his DNA stored?

Sorry to tell everyone out there in TV land but there is more to this than meets the air waves and because it is claimed Husin was cornered by police in East Java means you have to trust the Indonesian police?

That article was written as the initial report was broadcast based on the Un-Australian's Newspaper story that morning (with a twist) of course because of the inaccurate reporting by the pro-government media source which couldn't be relied upon, even to wipe your arse!

Just like this story is based on a report from the Daily Terror this morning but unfortunately it is amongst some of the worst of the worst reporting - so it has to be re-rooted to give the reader an honest report.

Anyway, the very next day after the Un-Australian's news break it was then reported that Azahari bin Husin did not now blow himself up and that he was shot by the police instead?

This is a sure sign of a true propaganda experience my friends, let me tell you. These reports had come from numerous sources including reporters on the ground in Indonesia and police themselves?

Now these other men have been chosen as scapegoats for the State sanctioned terror and will be prosecuted under an anti-terror law that carries the death penalty for allegedly assisting the perpetrators of a bombing.

Similarly, we have a ready source of homegrown scapegoats here in Australia too, for the war on terror, home grown. The john HoWARd variety rounded up because police said that they lied during an interview with ASIO?

Scapegoat to stand trial because police said: he lied?

A Sydney man has been committed to stand trial on charges of lying to ASIO.

It wouldn't matter what it was about would it? Okay I'll tell you then!

Because police said Abdul Rakid Hasan lied to them 'twice' and now he has to prove that he didn't lie to them 'twice' by facing two charges one for each alleged lie?

The man was one of eight arrested in last week's counter-terrorism raids.

Abdul Rakid Hasan is charged with two offences of giving false or misleading information, while being interviewed by ASIO, about his association with 'alleged security risk' Willie Brigitte.

True scapegoats Guantanamo Bay style

Officers were questioning the three suspects [scapegoats and patsies] on Bali after bringing them to the resort island from neighbouring Java with their feet and hands chained and heads covered by a sheet.

Bali police spokesman Lieutenant Colonel Antonius Reniban said police had seized notebooks indicating the men had been planning more attacks. [?]

He said the men were arrested in the city of Semarang last week. He declined to give details of their alleged roles in the October 1 triple suicide attacks at crowded restaurants that killed 20 people and the three bombers.

Last weeks story that was suddenly changed

Last week, police shot and killed a Malaysian militant, Azahari Husin, alleged to have helped plan the blasts. [?]

He is believed to have been a leader of the al-Qaeda-linked Jemaah Islamiyah terror group and was tracked down after police identified two of the bombers. [?]

The anti-terror law was rushed through Indonesia's Parliament after [false flag call to arms] bombings in Bali in 2002 which killed 202 people, including 88 Australians.

Ed: All we need now is another report from john hoWARd the coward, alexanda drowner, mick guilty, CIA spy sidney jones or any other alleged terrorism expert that the pro-government media choose to rely upon to validate their claims. And that will ensure us scapegoats buy it and the other three scapegoats get the bullet to take the blame for Indonesian/USA/Australian - State Sanctioned Terror.

Oh! I forgot to mention the farewell video made prior the set-up.

Yeah, the story line here is that, on one tape, the three bombers explained to their families why they were about to blow themselves up in three cafes.

Therefore the authorities don't need any proof to convict them. And I didn't mention them possible being 'tortured' to own up to it 'orally' in any court but you can get the idea from the pic! And some pictures tell the real story.

Revealed: UK wartime torture camp

UK: The British government operated a secret torture centre during the second world war to extract information and confessions from German prisoners, according to official papers which have been unearthed by the Guardian.

More than 3,000 prisoners passed through the centre, where many were systematically beaten, deprived of sleep, forced to stand still for more than 24 hours at a time and threatened with execution or unnecessary surgery.

Some are also alleged to have been starved and subjected to extremes of temperature in specially built showers, while others later complained that they had been threatened with electric shock torture or menaced by interrogators brandishing red-hot pokers.

The centre, which was housed in a row of mansions in one of London's most affluent neighbourhoods, was carefully concealed from the Red Cross, the papers show. It continued to operate for three years after the war, during which time a number of German civilians were also tortured.

A subsequent assessment by MI5, the Security Service, concluded that the commanding officer had been guilty of "clear breaches" of the Geneva convention and that some interrogation methods "completely contradicted" international law.

On at least one occasion, an MI5 officer noted in a newly declassified report, a German prisoner was convicted of war crimes and hanged on the basis of a confession which he had signed after he was, at the very least, "worked on psychologically". A number of people who appeared as prosecution witnesses at war crimes trials are also alleged to have been tortured.

The official papers, discovered in the National Archives, depict the centre as a dark, brutal place which caused great unease among senior British officers. They appear to have turned a blind eye partly because of the usefulness of the information extracted, and partly because the detainees were thought to deserve ill treatment.

Not all the torture centre's secrets have yet emerged, however: the Ministry of Defence is continuing to withhold some of the papers almost 60 years after it was closed down.

Thousands flood streets to protest draconian laws

Thousands of people protested their concerns yesterday that new draconian Anti-Terror laws were an attack on dissent, not fit for a dog and any new sedition laws would strangle freedom of speech and target innocent people.

Under the provisions, jail terms could be imposed on people seen to oppose violence, protest illegal and degrading wars, or incite ill will against Australia's involvement in criminal activities like the war on Iraq, where over 100,000 innocent men, women and children were killed, maimed or tortured.

An estimated 2000 protesters took to Sydney's streets yesterday to express their concerns about the anti-liberty laws.

Similar rallies were held in capital cities across the country as civil rights groups and Islamic leaders gathered to protest against the legislation.

The whole anti-liberty package should be dumped as another HoWARd crime against humanity. The anti-terrorism legislation, which will give police and intelligence authorities unprecedented powers, was introduced into Parliament last week.

There is widespread unease among Government backbenchers and civil libertarians. These orders will be imposed for no crime, control people and prevent people from speaking out or participating in their normal day-to-day activities. The backbench committee and Attorney-General were at loggerheads over issues of no principle in the laws.

The state premiers ought to be ashamed of themselves for not standing up for their communities in that these laws would breach any general standards and common law principals.

NSW Premier Morris Iema is well aware that at present his government is being sued over the Community Protection Act 1994, a law that also imposed preventive detention so he knows that legislation proposed by the hoWARd government is already 'invalid'.

When hoWARd played his terror card last week the only way he could continue to validate the serious alarm and affront he imposed on the nation was to have frontline intelligence officers and pro-government media giants prop up to argue that the government had breached the security act.

But this was only to help cover up hoWARd's lie. Then low and behold a former Australian Security Intelligence Service agent Warren Reed said state-based police and intelligence officers involved in covert surveillance of suspected terrorists feared their targets would now go underground.

Reed played right into hoWARd's hands 'or the other way around more like it' appearing to validate the notion that Australia had faced a 'real threat' when hoWARd announce the fear.

But this was just more propaganda and their fears that the 'targets' would now go underground was like 'phantom of the opera', but in a long, long list of lies this was just another blatant lie by the hoWARd dictatorship because no one is able to get to the truth, because it's another secret.

The propaganda message from inside the intelligence system, especially on the front line at the state level, is that hoWARd's terror scare had some validity.

The November 3 ABC Newsonline reports that no police officers will be sacked, as requested by families members, for the distribution of a photo of two corpses.

The Western Australian Police Service says that 600 police officers received an email of a photo of the two corpses of men who died in Western Australia's north-west in April.

Of the 6oo coppers who received the photo, presumably on worktime paid for by the taxpayer, 183 officers forwarded the email, including 50 outside the police force.
