A Sydney-based former baggage handler and his brother have been found guilty in Lebanon's 'military court' of helping to fund a terrorist network linked to Al Qaeda.[Just plain rubbish and propaganda. A military court? Since when does a judgement in a military court have any bearing on the truth? Australia? or the World? What evidence does a military court have in relation to an allegation? None!]
Bilal and Maher Khazal have been sentenced to 10 years' jail with hard labour in their absents.
The brothers, who live in Sydney, have been sentenced in absentia for allegedly helping finance a Sunni Islamic extremist group behind a string of bomb attacks against American businesses across Lebanon. [? What evidence?]
That's if you believe Lebanon and their military court.
Is there any good reason why American businesses should get this result against the two brothers living in Australia who have committed no crime here but were convicted in their absents?
Do people normally get convicted in their absents? Why didn't Lebanon call for the brothers? Perhaps they wanted to appease the Americans without sacrificing the brothers? Sounds like? Put your thinking caps on! Sounds like?
We think so because it serves Australia to have alleged terrorists, [scapegoats and patsies for the Coalition of the Killing's resource war's in the Middle East.]
On the basis of these allegations and now findings in the defendant's absence of their alleged offences we can see quite clearly that something is wrong here.
They say: Under Lebanese law, the pair must return to Lebanon to appeal against the sentence.
The brothers were found guilty along with 25 other suspects, with sentences ranging from three months to life imprisonment.
A spokesman for Australian Justice Minister, [war criminal], Chris Ellison says Lebanon has not requested the Khazal brothers be extradited from Australia.
So why wouldn't they? Perhaps they can sustain a better conviction if the defendants were merely an illusion.
Earlier this year, regulations were added to Australia's extradition Act to add Lebanon as an extradition country.
[Because Lebanon uses a military court, therefore no evidence is required to make claims and convict people. An easy way for Australia to procure scapegoats and patsies to blame for their illegal and degrading war crimes against humanity.]
A spokesman for, [war criminal], Senator Ellison says that does not necessarily mean an extradition request would be granted, as certain requirements must be met.

[War criminal], Prime Minister John Howard says the Khazal brothers will be extradited if Australia receives a formal request from Lebanon.
"They haven't committed any offence in Australia, they've, [allegedly], committed an offence in Lebanon, they have been, [allegedly], convicted of that offence and we will extradite them if we are asked by Lebanon to extradite them," he said.

A lawyer representing the Khazal brothers says they will fight any moves to extradite them to Lebanon.
Lawyer Adam Houda says the Federal Government should be protecting the men.
But certainly not preceding and election doesn't make any sense!
Adam Houda: "I'd be disgusted if they comply with any such request because the Government, and Mr Howard in particular, is fully aware how military courts operate and they don't operate according to rules of fairness," he said.

Mr Houda says the brothers believed they were donating to a charity, not an extremist group, and will fight their extradition in the courts.
A spokeswoman for the Australian Federal Police says neither brother has been charged under Australian law.
