Now Philip Flood's report is just a diversionar tactic to release some of the blame and pressure off Howard's criminal acts.]

Even if Philip Flood's report were true and and even if Howard went to a pre-emptive war based on "thin, ambiguous and incomplete evidence" it would still be 'weak'.
But we say he knew he had no evidence because of the US September 11, CIA, reichstag, which was a well planed false flag operation, and a call to arms on the sovereign nations of Iraq and Afghanistan.
