Howard Vs Regina in Canberra the Capital Territory of Australia- Friday January 30 2004.
Would the defendant please stand while I read out the judgement of this court.
Defendant stands.
State your name and where you reside.
Defendant: John Winston Howard of Parliament House Canberra in the Capital Territory of Australia your honour.
Occupation: Prime Minister
Judge: The defendant John Winston Howard of Parliament House Canberra in the Capital Territory of Australia is charged with
1. Recklessly going to war on Iraq and killing tens of thousands of innocent people.
2. Reckless indifference by not counting the exact number of innocent lives taken, when at all material times the defendant was responsible for counting the dead.
Judge: The commission of this crime is such that many people died from the imperialist and predatory acts by the defendant and his co-offenders George Bush and Tony Blair. Counsel for the defendant has claimed that the defendant carried out this horrendous and vicious act of violence on Iraq pre-emptively because he was told by some intelligence from Mr George Bush, President of the United States and Mr Tony Blair Prime Minister of England that Iraq had weapons capability, including that it could deploy chemical weapons within 45 minutes. The defendant at the time was Prime Minister of Australia when he committed the offence. All the evidence suggests that the defendant's reason for going to war was based on a lie. And that the real reason the Coalition of the Killing attacked Afghanistan and Iraq was to steal their resources.
But counsel for the defendant tendered a statement in the defendant's own words with the intention to show that the defendant was a caring and responsible person and relied on this statement in his defence.
Howard: "If you compromise on something that is fundamental you don't win improved behaviour, from people who have misbehaved in the past"
Judge: Counsel for the Crown claimed amongst other things that Iraq in fact harboured no weapons of mass destruction. Further, no weapons or any such evidence of any weapons has been produced during this trial to support any such claim of WMD's in Iraq.
According to the initial intelligence it was alleged that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction, the reason for the war and the subsequent killing of tens of thousands of innocent Iraq's.
The offender has today claimed in this court that he relied on the evidence of his co-offender Mr Tony Blair, Prime Minister of England and also had relied on the evidence of Mr George Bush, the President of the United States. The defendant to date in this court has shown no remorse for his war crimes against humanity and in fact stated on oath that;
Howard: "We didn't manipulate intelligence in Australia anymore than Tony Blair."
"Those who have accused us of taking Australia to war on a lie owe me as much an apology as much as those who made an equal accusation against Tony Blair, owe him an apology."
The defendant by these statements continues to believe that it was someone else who had killed these innocent victims in Iraq and that someone else had led him to make the decision to go to war, even though no evidence was produced by that someone.
The court has little time for people who don't intend to take responsibility for their actions. The community expects citizens to take responsibility for their actions at all material times.
Therefore I find the defendant guilty of the first charge of,
1. Recklessly going to war on Iraq and killing tens of thousands of innocent people.
In relation to the second charge, counsel for the defendant has not offered the court any list that includes the names of the victims or the number of dead killed in Iraq.
Therefore I find the defendant guilty of the second charge of
2. Reckless indifference by not counting the exact number of dead innocent people, when at all material times the defendant was responsible for counting the dead.
Please escort the defendant down to the cells.
This court is adjourned to a date to be fixed for sentencing.
Howard shows no remorse over war!
[War criminal], Prime Minister John Howard shows no remorse about exaggerating the case for going to war against Iraq, after similar claims in Britain have been whitewashed. An inquiry by Britain's Lord Hutton has whitewashed the fact that the British Government knowingly used false claims about Iraq's weapons capability, including that it could deploy chemical weapons within 45 minutes.
Nevertheless it is significant for Australia for John Howard to stop lying, own up to the lies and show remorse for the illegal war on Iraq. It doesn't matter where the Federal Government got its intelligence.
The word intelligence is self-explanatory. ináteláliágence as follows: The capacity to acquire and apply knowledge, the faculty of thought and reason, superior powers of mind. See Synonyms at mind,.an intelligent, incorporeal being, especially an angel, information; news. See Synonyms at news, secret information, especially about an actual or potential enemy, an agency, staff, or office employed in gathering such information, espionage agents, organizations, and activities considered as a group: "Intelligence is nothing if not an institutionalized black market in perishable commodities" (John le CarrZ).
If Australia goes to war then the buck stops here in Australia at the foot of the Prime Minister John Howard. Howard is responsible for making sure there was evidence on the table in order to make the correct evaluation of the advice and the decision to go to War!
By Court Of Law 30 January 04
THE DOG: To argue the Federal Government's intelligence came from Britain and the US and therefore you don't take responsibility or show remorse for your wrong doing after the fact, is simply a flawed argument. A flawed argument that can be laid off for everything wrong you ever did in your entire life. When you take responsibility for your mistakes then you can avoid making another mistake.
But if you don't take responsibility and blame your mistakes on everyone else then you're deemed to make the same mistakes again and again until you take responsibility. How about it? Under the guise of the law using the Westminster System or the Crown for short.
