Australian government selling us out!

United States authorities are still assessing the deal? Yummy....

The Federal Opposition says it now has proof the Government has been "playing politics" with the US free trade agreement (FTA), [Free Raid Agreement (FRA)], after the Trade Minister Mark Vaile admitted the future of the deal will not be affected by a change in government.

United States authorities are still assessing the deal?

But the United States authorities are assessing 'nothing' because there is nothing to asses, otherwise the deal would not have passed the Senate, [Sinate], here in Australia.

The changes 'collaborated' by LIB/LAB to protect the pharmaceutical benefits scheme? (PBS) and media cultural content? After selling out our 'Sovereignty' to the US, makes sense?

Perhaps in order to be paid back for the war on Iraq they have to take the 'black money' any way they can get it, even if it means selling Australia to the US corporation!

The Government has repeatedly claimed Labor has put the deal at risk.

Oh, It does sound risky doesn't it? Otherwise the grand illusion wouldn't work! That's the game, just add a little risk and people will think they're fair dinkum, even when they collaborated!

Vaile now says Australia's political processes are unlikely to influence the decision on whether the agreement still stands.

"I would expect that they would make a decision on the enabling legislation based on the merits," he said.

"We have continued to say that the amendments that were forced upon the Government by Mark Latham and the Labor Party were unnecessary and did put this agreement at risk. [?]

"Now we wait to see what response it going to come from Washington on those matters."

Labor's trade spokesman Stephen Conroy says Mr Vaile's admission the US will treat the changes on their merits, without regard for Australia's own political processes has revealed the truth.

"The indications when my office spoke with the Trade Minister's office were that they would consider these on their merits and that's always been their position," he said.

"It's just been disappointing that the Prime Minister and Minister Vaile have been prepared to play politics with something as important to Australia's national interest as this."
