Policeman on trial for rape, 'semen' found in unit

The trial of a Sydney police officer, charged with raping a man while on duty, has commenced in the District Court.

Joel Kerde, 37, faces one count of sexual intercourse without consent.

The alleged victim has told the jury he was picked up by two police officers on Oxford street in April last year.

They insisted on taking him home because he appeared intoxicated.

The man told the court Joel Kerde escorted him to his apartment where he was pushed to the floor of his bedroom and sexually assaulted.

The court was told the two men met again a short time later inside the Surry Hills police station when a complaint was lodged.

The crown prosecutor told the jury that semen from Kerde was discovered in the unit but the defendant insists no sexual assault took place.

The hearing continues.

Supreme Court overturns sniffer dog ruling

A Strange dog can sniff you personally, but if a person sniffed you between the legs it would constitute as a sexual assault?

A Local Court magistrate's finding that the use of a drug sniffer dog by police constituted an illegal search has been overturned by the New South Wales Supreme Court.

Justice Barry O'Keefe found police use of the sniffer dog, Rocky had not violated police powers.

[Even if the dog sniffed your crotch?]

Nightclub goer Glen Darby was arrested early one morning on Oxford Street in Sydney in February last year, after police found speed and marijuana on him when Rocky nosed his pockets.

A magistrate in the local court decided it was an illegal search, and the case was thrown out.

Laws relating to sniffer dogs have since been changed, but the Department of Public Prosecutions took Mr Darby's case to the Supreme Court. Justice O'Keefe has ruled Rocky's sniffing of Mr Darby was not a search. Instead his actions provided police with information, giving them the reasonable suspicion they needed to search Mr Darby.

The charges against Mr Darby will be reinstated, but his lawyer Phillip Gibson says an appeal will be considered.

Council of Civil Liberties spokesman Cameron Murphy says even though laws relating to sniffer dogs have changed, widespread use of the dogs remain a violation of civil liberties.

"Well the point is that as soon as the dog sniffs you, which is an absolutely inappropriate form of conduct, then it's up to you to empty out items in your possession and establish that you're innocent," he said.

"It goes against the grain of our fundamental principles of democracy."

A spokesperson for Justice Action Ms Pal Dogfood said " My pussy would be very annoyed if Rocky approached me in the street and attempted to sniff my personals. In fact I am very annoyed with that naughty Judge, the pervert."

PUSSY: Makes you wonder what Barry O'Keefe gets up to on weekends? And do the police take the drugs home for a private party of their own?

Bob down and sniff my arse

These are serious invasions of privacy and draconian laws? Where are our democratic soldiers, the lawyers and the barristers who need to take on the government in the courts? Are they plastic? Or to busy feathering their nests? Or have they been cleverly purchased by this black government. Drug test police and politicians, and have the tests independently accessed.

Alcohol pickles your brain

Pickle point: A leading professor Dr. Bud said after releasing his report on the problems associated with alcohol.

Alcohol not only gives you depression and schizophrenia, alcohol sends you completely mad." He said."

The only two social drugs the Government sanction are cigarettes and alcohol as legal, yet they cause the most damage." He said.

When people drink one or two glasses of alcohol every day they eventually reach pickle point. Their brain is pickled.

Research shows that at that point the brain loops and anything that is said or done before can be utilised as memory but no new information can be of use because the brain is pickled.

A spokes person for Justice Action Mr Don Turps said, " I notice people on milk crates beside the pubs in Darlinghurst some of them are completely mad," he said.

"How come the taxes for alcohol are not used to keep these people off the streets. They're drinking metho and urinating in front of people. At that stage they should be taken and provided accommodation and some help."

Who Killed Paula Brown?

DCM Nightclub has lots of strange things going on. DT article 21 August 02 "Tony Woods told me about the devil worshippers, they practiced devil worshipping in those clubs, and they had something to do with [Ms. Brown's death]," he said.

He said Mr Woods also told how devil worshippers were involved in raping and drugging women at nightclubs including DCM and the Blackmarket.

DCM Night Club from my knowledge discriminates at the front door like, 'gay community nights' etc. But when you design your clients at the front door and the club is not registered, then anything can happen to an innocent person inside the club. For instance; how do you know what type of venue you're walking into? If you just walked in of the street?

DCM can have a range of innocent young victims with a range of people with bad motives in relation to your intentions to have a good night, invited into the club. Just You and Them only, if they want.

I complained to my local member Ms. Clover Moore MP without any positive acknowledgment in a letter dated 22 February 1999. In that case Police were involved. Police acting most seriously corrupt and used the code 666, scary, very bloody scary. And to think the very serious nature of my complaint fell on deaf ears by the local member who in fact harassed my good self for outlining eye witnessed police corruption.

Talkative murder suspect goes quiet

Three days after hairdresser Paula Brown's battered body was found in bushland at Port Botany, a man walked into Maroubra police station. He would only give his name as Martin, but he suggested they check the D.C.M. Nightclub in Oxford Street, as people there "were involved in the drugging and raping of women"

By Gregory Kable 21 August 2002

ED: How many lives does it take to get a message across? Police have been identified in child sex devil worshiping with young girls and this is not the first time. Police frequented DCM for drinks as the Surry Hills Police Centre was only down the road. I complained once to them about an assault at DCM when a door man entered my cab on the street to assault me. The cab driver took off with the door man hanging out of the cab. I told the cab to go to the Police station at Surry Hills to make a statement. Sometime later the police convinced the cab driver that nothing happened. Police then informed me that nothing happened. So the police did nothing. What does that tell you?

Did anyone investigate possible police involvement in the Murder? Not likely as they were the ones investigating.
