Solicitor, Mr Grass Hopper says the Australian community should confiscate Phillip Ruddock's portfolio at Parliament House Canberra this Federal Election.
"He should get a notification from the community and his portfolio taken on the basis that he is a liar and was a leading member for the Neo-Liberal Coalition," he said.
Mr Grass Hopper says the confiscation should be based on a Green vote by the community that Ruddock "another rodent type" was "likely to engage in conduct that might prejudice the security of Australia or a foreign country".
Mr Hopper says the community demands the truth and will take democratic action to get his portfolio removed in the 2004 Federal Election.
Caretaker Federal Attorney General Philip Ruddock says he cannot comment on his case, but says the community has a number of avenues of appeal.
