Two thirds of fines are never collected because they go beyond the means of the defendants and because in lots of cases people do not see that they are responsible. Especially where people know their in the right and no fine ought to have been a penalty.

Being set up on the trifecta for instance, abusive language, resist arrest, and assault police. Where base charges are not proven but nonsense charges are held. Where you're busted for a joint or small amount of illicit drug floating around in your pocket from a late night out.

Traffic offenses when you know you are in the right but through some fluke of nature you're held responsible but the traffic branch won't listen to your reason.

What about good will when some of the poor cannot pay and sometimes they can, then you could way up the fact that you get one third and have allot of good will. Good will, always receiving one third in three. You know what they say; "a bird in the hand is worth three in the bush".

You can always line up wheel chairs for the brain injured like what happened to Jamie Partlick before fine defaulters were taken away from NSW Prisons after he was bashed for being there.

Michael Egan's new formula as follows:

Subtracted from 3 thirds the total of claims. 1. Payments, 2. Good will 3. Bankrupts, and 4. Mistakes then you end up with all the money you were due.

Then you may lead by example and pay all the unpaid compensation claims you have held back from the respondents in their civil claims against the Government left lingering until the respondents are too sick to enjoy it or deceased.

Honesty

One day someone asked me whom I would prefer? An honest person? Or a person who tells the truth? I said it's the same isn't it?

Mr Costa doesn't seem to think so, ABC Mon 15 April 02. "Costa says all political leaders have avoided this in the past". Costa was honest but he didn't tell the whole truth so help me Universe.

What is happening between the Police Service and politics is quite extraordinary at the moment. If stand over tactics don't work tell half the truth honestly and follow the example of sheep. Another word for it is sleaze, yeah. Another word for it is workplace harassment. Another word for it is bribing a Police Officer. Another word for it is misleading Parliament.

Like Clive Small's Contempt of Parliament. Behaviour that is not honestly true but partially true. Costa says that he relies on the Crown Solicitors advice. So check with the Crown Solicitor's advise on the other respective categories and then weigh up the pro's and con's in relation to how your peers, friends, and children may judge your good self and the example you will set for the whole community. Leader.

So now your lesson is to address the Parliament, Police, Court, Tribunal, or the Commission with half the truth or lies so that the consequences are better? Wrong. We just made it ten times harder to achieve our goals. You won't see the inflation straight away but it will present again when someone else is affected. So instead of catching the virus early there is ten more cases. For what? Why? Who owns the problem? Costa. Why do we need the problem?

So why should anyone tell the truth honestly? Bad lesson for today. So if you mislead Parliament then all the other issues that were waiting to be dealt with are held up and now someone else owns the problem because of your contempt. That is until you wind everyone else up to solve it and like a bouncing ball it comes bouncing back to you.

Standing over someone is the same as stalking, something I have been complaining about for some time, no wonder.

You have to have the inside story when the likes of the Daily Telegraph again pushing the propaganda, the alleged choice between acting Commissioner Ken Moroney and Small. Carr want's people who are totally corrupt working along side him. His idea? To corrupt our government policies. Nice bribe with Ryan in fact I am sure that bribing a police officer carries a reasonable sentence in itself.

How about mandatory sentences for corrupt politicians? Those who have a greater onus to uphold the law and set an example for the wider community. Those who know better in terms of their education. That is except when it comes to greed. SMH April 12 2002 Stephen Gibbs reports "Then as we came into the Olympics something went wrong. And I do not know what that was". Says Doctor Weatherburn. That period leading up to the 2000 Games is the time Mr Ryan has been accused of "taking his eye off the ball" in areas including Cabramatta and other suburbs in Sydney's south-west.

The opinion from Mr. Tim Priest and the Police Board is that dangerous people still lurk at the top of the Police Service. The NSW Opposition pushed for the former policeman's reinstatement because of new allegations of drugs and gang activities in schools in Sydney's south-west.

Shadow Police Minister Andrew Tink says when Priest last year aired allegations of gangs recruiting school students to the drug trade, they were dismissed, SMH 25 March 2002. Priest knows who the dangerous police are. Then why has nothing been done except for lining them up for the top job.

Questions like. Who was pushing the green light on heroin? Even after and no doubt throughout the Royal Commission into Police Corruption. How does all this reflect on Justice James Wood? Should Justice Wood himself become the new Police Commissioner?

Most people I know don't buy the Daily Telegraph. Why? Because of the lies and propaganda purported by them.

The story goes that they bend over and Cop-it off the Police Service. If they don't they don't get all the stories first hand. Nor do they get work (advertising) off the Government unless they produce lies and propaganda as well.

So bend over, and cop this. I sent your paper articles in relation to the Loser Gang (bikies) in particular Rebells, Polair and off duty police working together.

I picked up your Saturday edition 6 April 2002 while sitting on a park bench.There it was a racist article in relation to a list of so called ethnic (labels) gangs in our schools. But I didn't see the Loser Gang the agents who sell heroin and guns and employ youths and children in our schools. I did not see anything in relation to the fact that the Police Service Green light these bikies and in fact work with them off duty.

Perhaps if you want to give out Blue Ribbons to police who die in the line of duty then tell us why the constable was driving in an unmarked Police vehicle. Then you can go on and hand out Red Ribbons to the fireman who died in the line of duty. Then you can hand out Crimson Ribbons to all the Children who died because the Police Service sold them heroin in the line of their Survival.

What about Purple Ribbons to all the Garbage collectors who are nocked down and killed by motorists in the line of their work. What about Green Ribbons to all those Prisoners set up incarcerated and killed in the line of their Survival.You can go on to hand out Black Ribbons to all those people Murdered by Police and Civilians alike.

Only then can you tie a Yellow Ribbon around the Old Oak Tree.

Then we wont end up with another hit squad purported to be required because of the so-called alarming guns culture.

Police who will spend there time stalking innocent citizens instead of policing. I might add what about real police work. Perhaps they could take over and thoroughly investigate unsolved murders.

The Seed

Respect, you only get out what you have put in. What about Life Skills, Communication and Conflict Resolution. Evolution, perhaps some children and adults miss the whole or part of the course. I did, and so how surprised do you think I was when I realised my parents missed the course as well. Things like Compromise, Win Win, Empathy, and Love. Invisible energy and other skills like public speaking, how to Relate, Assuming, Blaming, Forgiveness, Freedom and Discrimination. This is how I learned respect. If you don't know what it is then how do you relate?

I ran into a friend he was about 60 years of age and I asked Egor a Russian Scientist. "Why do we learn and then die? " He said you have to pass it on.

So Grasshopper, how do we plant this seed so that the bin (jail) is a school of life? a University to teach life skills. Instead of emptying out the rubbish in the bin we turn out compost and fertiliser to promote growth. Nurturers.

How do we create unless we Nurture Nature. Like cradling a baby in your arms the very same cradle swings below us when we care for all living things.

I described an injustice to Barbara an elderly lady I met at a Justice Action meeting. I said, "This is not the Australian way ". Barbara said, " Well I think it is". I went numb thinking well I did not want to hear her negative conformation.

I still wanted to believe after all I have been through and all I have done that there is an Australian way and that the majority was good. I asked her when was a conscience born? She said, "When babies can focus their eyes."

I am still learning because I was told conscience was born when our mothers smacked us about the time we threw our bottles down from the high chair. Barbara had the better idea because no violence or threat is induced to form her view.

We cannot defeat evil. We can only balance it hopefully by the greater good. Why? Because people, (human beings) only learn from trial and error. By making a mistake the thing we call evil. Like falling off a mountain some people break their arm and some people break their neck. The severity is a matter of the circumstances around the fall.

So do we punish everyone equally for his or her first error? No, we deal out just desert in relation to the severity of the crime and the enthusiasm of the crowd (the populist view) then we throw them in the bin. Human beings are not dogmatic yet we take away their ability to learn after they make their first mistake.

I asked Mr Tze a Chinese Triad I use to play chess with I said "Mr Tze how do I defend myself?" He said, " Do not strike." Why? He said, " you will Always underestimate your opponent." "If you project anger you will always get angry people in your life if you project happiness you will get happy people in your life. So dont scare just take two steps back." I know too that the cat always scratches back.

I met Jimmy doing 30 years because he was made an example of 30 years ago. Jimmy told me a myth. Once upon a time this little boy went walking up the cobblestone road where he met a man. The man said "Son go home and cut out your mothers heart and I will give you treasure." So the little boy went home and cut out his mothers heart and went racing up the road holding his mothers heart in his hand. The little boy slipped over grazing his knees on the cobblestones. Just then his mothers heart spoke to him saying, " dont worry son it will be alright". The moral to the story?

Your mother and father will always love you. It doesn't matter if you did not have the skills. It doesn't matter if you were a drunk. It doesn't matter if you were a junky. It doesn't matter if you were disabled. It doesn't matter if you suffered a mental illness. It doesn't matter if you are discriminated against or marginalized. It doesn't matter if people don't forgive you for your first mistake.

$500 thousand dollars of taxpayers money was spent on me in the Special Care Unit (SCU) at Long Bay Prison Complex for six months to learn from the best teachers in the world. As well as to learn from my own experience and my peers and my friends.

I majored in humanities in the University of hard knocks. Psychology, Psychiatry, Forensic Psychiatry, Criminology, Parent Effectiveness Training, Life Skills, Conflict Resolution, Communication, Musicianship, and Law. Most people in jail never saw light of day of that unit or anything like it only because I was bright enough to challenge the systems ideology. Then why is it I am not regarded by the authorities or some beauracrats and agencies when I make a comment? Same flawed system decided you're worthless and broken. Spoilt and disposable because I made a mistake once.

What can we make out of him? A Goose? A Pawn in an Election Campaign? A Monster? Dangerous? Or just plane Bad? A law for one man perhaps? Or lets just spend $500.000 and trip him over again while he is not looking? If the taxpayers of this state worked out how much money the government spent on my good self so far it would be in the tens of thousands. Possible more than a million dollars.

Now I would like you to help me plant the seed. A human being is priceless and unique. The money has to be spent on education not on bins. That education can be provided without maximum security at a reasonable cost. Medium Secure Education and life skills will help our children grow. Leaving the State and Country less inflation like trying to teach doctors how to communicate with their patients years after they learnt how to be doctors.

Now! Who is bad?

The Special Care Unit (SCU) is a 20-bed self-contained unit within the NSW Department of Corrective Services which opened on 1 January 1980. It has a short-term goal of assisting inmates with behavioural/psychological problems to adapt to the prison environment and a long-term goal to facilitate their rehabilitation back into society. The research was designed to evaluate the short-term goal, and to provide feedback on staff and prisoner perceptions of the benefits and/or problems of the unit.

A total of 140 inmates were interviewed either at entry to the unit, at exit or at three month follow-up, as well as 24 inmates in a comparison group. Several psychological tests were also administered including the Interpersonal Behaviour Survey, Jessness Behaviour Checklist, Lovibond's Self Analysis Questionnaire and Spielberger's Tait Anxiety Scale. Interview results revealed that inmates had learnt to overcome initial apprehension about therapy groups with prison officers and were able to discuss themselves and their problems openly with most staff (including prison officers). They reported heightened self awareness and an improved ability to relate to other inmates and prison officers after leaving the unit. The results of psychometric tests showed statistically significant differences between groups but these did not have any clear interpretation.

Data were also analysed for a total of 45 questionnaires and 28 interviews from staff who had worked in the unit between April 1984 and June 1986. Staff reported enhancing their skills in working with inmates and particularly in dealing with angry or distressed prisoners.

More generally, other benefits and/or problems were reported by both staff and prisoners. The reported benefits appeared to derive from the unique environment created in the SCU when compared to the main gaol system. For instance, the high degree of mixed staffing was rated as having a 'positive effect on inmates' by 70 per cent of the staff, and none said that this had a negative effect. Some staff also reported that they felt that working in the SCU improved their prospects for promotion and improved their interpersonal and communication skills. Some staff also said it improved their communication with their families. Inmates said that the unit offered them better conditions than the main gaol system (for example, more visits and phone calls, opportunity to wear their own clothes) and claimed that they enjoyed greater freedom in the unit.

Some of the problems mentioned by staff were difficulties adjusting to the unit, the location of the unit inside the walls of a larger prison, the selection of staff and inmates not being stringent enough, and lack of training resources for staff. Staff also mentioned that they felt inmates should be provided with more support after leaving the unit. Some of the inmates said that they found it difficult to make the transition from the unit back to main gaol and would have liked more support. A few inmates mentioned that they felt the SCU program itself was very hard for them, because they found group counselling too confronting or they felt uncomfortable talking openly in a group. Many of the inmates who had these difficulties did not complete their stay in the unit. More generally, a high non-completion rate was a continuing problem for the unit with a non-completion rate of 48 per cent for the period of this evaluation. Many inmates were expelled from the unit for non-work or drug use.

In short, the research provides some support for the conclusion that the SCU achieved its short-term goals; to enhance the ability of troubled prisoners to cope with the gaol environment through improved staff-to-prisoner and prisoner-to-prisoner relations.

The report makes recommendations based on the research findings to:

improve on the number of inmates who complete the program;
help inmates with stress imposed by the program;
support inmates and staff leaving the unit;
enhance the network of available programs;
implement a procedure to provide feedback on post-exit functioning of inmates;
provide a standardised assessment for staff in the unit; and
implement performance indicators for the unit.

Dangerous

Firstly, MP Reba Meagher was not telling the truth on behalf of the Citizens of NSW. People readily employed by Bob Carr in areas where corruption flourishes is alarming. With the likes of Clive Small (alleged adviser on police corruption at Cabramatta) and the Ombudsman Bruce Barbour taking no action on behalf of the citizens and the list goes on.

Even if Meagher was not prepared to give us the correct information giving us a false and misleading state of affairs in order to protect Bob Carrs image means that citizens have to jump hurdles in order to achieve their goals. Not to mention grave fears from police themselves and a loss of confidents and trust in our Police Service, that's not fair.

I refer to Priests statement which causes me especial distress "no doubt he had made some dangerous and considerable enemies in the last two years." And goes on to say "Yes, that's weighed heavily on my mind that those people are still in senior positions in the police and at the end of the day, I don't have to cope with that anymore and I don't want to."

I note that within the article the journalist failed to comment on the statement made by Priest.

I have been terrified of these people for 5 years and now permanently terrified. I cannot walk away like Tim Priest. Just doing my weekly shopping or going to work gives me fears of who is stalking me on behalf of the police service.

The fact that the democratic process allows for the naming and dismissal of dangerous persons in government then dangerous Police in senior positions ought to be named and sacked.

If the Police Board cannot support Commissioner Ryan who can?

Peter Ryan has lost his captains hat and his convict ship has collided with an offshore oilrig throwing him off coarse with no justice into a hurricane. With his cannons flung overboard prisoners escaping to higher ground of crew lost leaving him spluttering to the depths below.

Ryans sweet lip parties are over, with little left, but a rusty old revolver rotting boots and broken handcuffs and a corroded old badge.

SMH March 25, Mr Costa admitted the "ball was dropped a Cabramatta" when the Government warnings in February last year by the then detective- sergeant Tim Priest that ethnic gangs were recruiting members in schools and would " tear the city apart"

Well let me tell you the bikies are the recruitment agencies and the corrupt police are behind the bikies.

Like Ms Rebecca Bernauer murdered before she could give evidence against police and like all the youths that died of a heroin overdose after police sold heroin for a slimy mackeral. .

People who can prove that there has been an attempt on their life by the NSW Police Service and the bikies. Those who are still alive to prove it ought to be given the right to prove it before their taken away at the hands of the government.

The evidence my friends you have received by fax but not completely investigated by those who refuse to have it done. Directives issued to our democratic agencies and institutions by the government who veto complaints. Complaints that have either been interfered with or directed not to be looked at.

For instance who is going not only to check the vehicle registration numbers and be trusted to do so? The perpetrators? I do not think so.

Our political leaders are all messed up because they do not see equality as omnipotent when they make decisions for all of us. In other words they are not in the Same Boat.

Bob Carr, if you are in the same boat go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass go and do not collect $200.

Throwing people on the scrap heap because of your own policies that do not work. First you want a taxpayer and when that fails you want a garbage bin (jail) for our young and old alike. How about a new policy? What you see is what you get.

Try leading by example and answer the allegations I put to you.

1. How many NSW Citizens, who have stood in the way of your political agenda did you murder?

2. How many times did your police-bikies and militia repeatedly assault NSW citizens?

3. How many times did you convict innocent NSW Citizens?

4. How many times did you set up NSW Citizens for crimes they never committed?

Who is going to adjudicate between the Government and the people?We should be alarmed. Governments promoting people into high places who have acted corruptly but not prosecuted because these people cannot take responsibility for the Governments Directives. The Government then promotes those who will cross-over the line by stealth.

Within the NSW Prison System I had the opportunity to be entitled to a visit by the Official Visitor. (A good cop). Thinking this person can help me in some way.

I was wrong. Our given agencies and democratic institutions like Tribunals, Commissions, Ombudsman, ICAC, HREOC, government arms etc, have all been bought out and are merely giving government our strategies to use against our helpless situations. These people my friends, are the good cops.

I thought some time ago these agencies were an insurance policy for protecting politicians. Staling until those people were out of office. Then after you have proved your case with prime evidence, say could be three years or more. Suddenly it is explained there is no utility or funding and the person does not work there any more.

They are protecting the bad cops. We are not being served as Michael Costa describes. We my friends are being forced. And some of us deliberately provoked.

We fund them with our taxes and they do not serve as the public expects. Nor do they showcase our claims of maladministration by government departments, if in fact it does not serve the governments political agenda or hip pocket nerve.

Report on an Inspection of Mulawa Correctional Centre for Women

1. That the Department grant approval to the proposal by management at Mulawa to relocate inmates within the centre and that it assist in ensuring that the proposal is implemented as soon as possible.

2. That the modifications planned for the MPU at Mulawa be given the utmost priority, with completion, at very least, being before the end of the 2002 calendar year. The Multi-Purpose Unit constructed in 1989, accommodates around 40 newly received inmates and holds them for the period of their induction. Has 5 cells for segregation. Has two safe cells and one dry cell to accommodate acutely at risk inmates; and provides four cells for Drug Court participants.

3. That the minor renovations required to improve the bed rest area within the Clinic be undertaken immediately and that air conditioning be installed in the clinic as soon as possible.

4. That the Department consider the allocation of funds for the minor capital works required to increase the number of interview rooms and replace the small window at the inquiry counter of the visits section.

5. That the management at the centre ensure that:
Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Committee conducts an audit of outstanding issues.

The OH&S Committee consult with inmates on OH&S issues through the monthly Inmate Development Committees (IDC) and Aboriginal Inmate Committees (AIC) meetings.

An implementation plan be developed to prioritise the resolution of OH&S issues.

6 That the Department conduct a review of the maintenance approval process with a view to streamlining it.

7. That the Corrective Services Industries immediately take steps to fill the position of 'Manager Centre Services & Employment' at Mulawa and that person coordinate an assessment of outstanding major risk issues such as fire certification, emergency evacuation plans and building services.

8. That the Department take immidiate steps to re-deploy a suitable number of experienced officers to Mulawa, at least until the anticipated opening of Dilwynia in late 2003.

9. That the Department work towards the development of a 'female centre specific' staffing formula which is based upon the recognition that the needs of women inmates are significantly different and more resource intensive then those of men.

10.That the Department examine and assess the benefits that may accrue to the operation of correctional centres by the transfer of staff on long-term sick leave on to Regional establishments.

11.That the Department conduct an urgent review of the training and, in particular, first aid/CPR training, of staff at Mulawa to asses the need to provide additional refresher courses.

12. That the Department give consideration to the creation of a 'Staff Training Officer' position a Mulawa on a trial basis to assess the benefits of such a position to the management of the centre.

13. That the Department give consideration to the installation of six additional computer terminals within Wyndara and the Dawn de Loas centre at Mulawa

14. That the Department give consideration to increasing the centre's Administration Manager's financial delegation to $5000.

15. That the Department and the centre's management consider the use of the Drug Detection Dogs to randomly screen the large number of airline bags that enter Mulawa each day.

16. That the Department expedite the installation of additional telephones within the MPU of Mulawa Correctional Centre.

17. That the Department take steps to ensure that correctional centres comply with the standing instruction regarding the use of IDC and AIC delegates to assist in the orientation of new arrivals.

18. That the Department review the operation of the library at Mulawa with particular reference to the proper cataloguing of the materials and access being provided to legal reference materials including legislation governing the Department's operations.

19.That the Department, in consultation with inmates, explore alternative lunch provisions to the existing sandwiches and assess options for maintaining hygiene and related controls over evening meal preparation prior to any final decision on the introduction of pro-serve meals throughout the centre.

20. That the Department consider implementing a system of random screening of buy-up goods entering correctional centres and incorporating random screening by drug detector dogs as part of the security process.

21. That the Department:

approve the establishment of a Visitor Clerk position at Mulawa.

Review arrangements for the booking of visits to Mulawa.

Provide more helpful information about the visits process through electronic and other means.

22. That the Department assess the feasibility of providing a visitor shuttle bus service from Auburn Station to the Silverwater complex to supplement the lack of public transport access.

23. That the Department establish a Violence Prevention Program for female inmates as soon as practicable.

24. That the Department review, as soon as practicable, the delivery of welfare services at Mulawa including the interation of welfare officers with other areas at the centre and professional supervision of welfare staff.

25. That the Department require commands to conduct systematic reviews of the operation of the inmate application, misconduct and Inmate Committee processes in each correctional centre with a view to ensuring compliance with its policy directives and improvement in the quality of these systems.

26. That the Department, in consultation with CHS Corrective Health Services, review the plans for the Mental Health Assessment Unit to be constructed at Mulawa to determine if the number of beds in that facility needs to be increased.

27. That the Department, as a matter of urgency, provide the resources for the establishment of a 24 hour Risk Assessment & Intervention Team (RAIT) at Mulawa.

28. That the Department examine whether the delegation to conduct inquiries into misconduct charges could be extended to include SCO's relieving in the position of Area Manager.

29. That the Department:

Conduct a review of its urinalysis procedures and conduct audits at correctional centres to ensure that both the notification of positive tests are taking place and diversionary programs are being made available.

Consider the successful involvement of inmates in drug diversionary programs as an alternative to loss of privileges as a penalty for a positive urine test.

30. That the centre's management establish a procedure that ensures the earliest possible contact between Probation and Parole (P&P) Officers and inmates received into custody on revocation of parole.

31. That probation and Parole revise its staffing profile in accordance with the strategy contained with the Woman's Action Plan 2 (2000-2003) with particular attention being paid to the resources available at Mulawa.

32. That the Department's Alcohol and other Drug Services Unit conduct an urgent review of the AOD service delivery capacity at Mulawa.

33. That the centre's management review the caseload allocation to ensure that, where possible, inmates on an officer's caseload are located in areas of the centre where the case officer normally performs his/her duties.

34. That the Department take immediate action to fill the position of Program Manager at Mulawa.

35. That the Department give consideration to the placement of the Women's Services Unit within the new Women's Facilities and Services Command.

Costa: The Bail Act holding people like Mr Pintos-Chaves charged with murder after voluntary DNA testing by police landed him in remand from December 2000 released on 30 January 2002. The DPP elected to discontinue the case due to unsubstantiated links in the evidence. Holding any person in jail for any term that is innocent of a crime is a crime within itself.

Replacing the Community Protection Act 1994 now defeated by the High Court. Carr's attempt to reframe the CPAct breaking down the Bail Act.

This new tool (breaking down the Bail Act) makes it easier to hold and incarcerate or convict a person. And can be used by authorities to punish the innocent the agitator or the whistleblower.

Ms Rebecca Bernauer happened to be giving evidence about a corrupt cop in a drug case and dies at the hands of a flawed police investigation. Why would a person like Mr Pintos-Chaves volunteer his DNA if he were guilty?

Clive Small, has now taken over as the hero of the day who gets let off with his Contempt of Parliament in the Cabramatta Parliamentary Inquiry. Now ends up in the parliament to advise on strategy and policy for Bob Carr the Premier as Assistant Commissioner of police? One could assume Bob Carr likes working with Clive Small? Or Bob Carr likes working with people who are corrupt? Or who act corruptly in the name of the political leader?

The Ombudsman Irene Moss reported the many flawed police investigations that in my opinion, is just the tip of the ice-burg in the discovery of the secret Carr Governments religious right wing movement that has been going on for many years to take care of the problems that interfere with its political agenda by stealth.

Terry Falconer murdered in custody. Led away by police and found mutilated presenting grave fears for people who have to submit to arrest. David Phillip Pattison had sold his badge doesn't give anyone confidence either. Bikies working with Police wouldn't be the first time?

Michael Costa's changes to the name of police from, Police Service to Police Force. Costa "it better reflects at tougher approach." If you can't account for the lost uniforms that can be used unofficially in some scam, you change the name and the uniform?

In my case for instance police have lied in court after I was marginalised and excluded (hit with a stick) for providing information to my local MP Ms Clover Moore about police corruption.

Moore, then took out an AVO against me, because Senior Police told her lies about my history (that I had a mental illness and was a drug addict who needed therapy. In fact when I made my complaint about being assaulted it was said 'I suffered paranoid delusions'.

Subsequently I was taken to a mental health facility and injected with enough drugs as my solicitor Mr Angus Neil-Smith suggests that would "put down an elephant" for placing a poster on Clover's office in Paddington outlining police corruption.

Corruption that continued even after I made my complaint about police corruption to Moore several times. In fact the stalking by police became more frenzied and fearsome in fact relentless even on Public Holidays the stalking became worse. I was released three days later by Magistrate Pearce. Mr Neil-Smith describes this as an illegal arrest by police and that says nothing about the Health Authorities. Subsequently I moved house three times to avoid the harassment by police.

Again in front of Parliament House Sydney during a demonstration (Freedom Ride Amnesty for Drug War Prisoners) I was arrested and subsequently charged for a breach of the AVO Clover took out and resisting arrest even when I told Magistrate Stapleton "I was terrified when approached by police." She did not believe me but I can prove everything I say. Police gave evidence that I was shouting 'Clover Moore come out now' and 'he wanted his kids). Lies told by police in the court.

Marginalised and excluded by the NSW Government when I asked for help. It is now my belief that the government profiles their victim's history and culture. For instance: If you're a heroin addict, Ray Denning, Peter Schneidas, HotShot. If you're a drug dealer, Lamfranchi, Huckstepp, shot by police and drowned by police. If you're a prostitute giving evidence about police, you're done over by your client. Just what people will believe? If you're' a drinker guess what 'you fell over in the lane' in this instant behind Petersham Pub.

If you're a politician, Phuong Ngo, (John Newman MP), trying to stop drug gangs in Cabramatta (high profile case) that of the very fabric of Parliament, then the Asian gang got you. If you're Ivan Milat and you worked for the council travelling up and down the coast and you previously owned a gun you're the backpacker murderer. Especially if it is a (high profile case) and the government on this one was set to lose millions in tourism, if someone was not caught.

Noble Cause Corruption? But if the police lied and set up Milat with the guns, as they do! That means the real murderer is still out there. Could be just as easy as bikies having their way with the tourists. People they trusted led them away backed up by corrupt police.

If you're a protester, Tim Anderson you're the Hilton Bomber. If you're Gregory Kable, (high profile x prisoner) now released into the community, who had previously suffered diminished responsibility and a law was past specifically for you and you have now proved the government wrong. Police assault you with motorbikes, bikies militia, and friends of police and off duty police.

I make a complaint but there is something wrong with my mind. Subsequently, wound up by police, including the Police Air Wing. I described to them that helicopters and motor bikes (bikie gang the Rebells) and (uniformed and unmarked police) were chasing me and the mental health authorities are told lies by senior police. Fantastic?

Police in my view are the army that the NSW Government's stealth right wing employed to act contrary to the law in New South Wales, believe it or not? And you can start with Clive Small. In the Terry Falconer case he never got four minutes head start. Even in the fox hunt in England the fox got four minutes.

These are grave fears for NSW prisoners indeed and for civilians alike, who are taken into custody at the will of the government for whatever reason. Personally I would reject any offer by police to handcuff me and lead me to the gallows to be mutilated, and so say all of us.

The Government will and has blamed bikies in the Falconer case. I say the government has used an informer in my apartment block at Rushcutters Bay near the Cross to tip off Pol-Air when I was leaving my home. Once my position was located, Pol-Air would tell a gang of bikies what street I was in and send them to me. Behind the bikies who were sent to wind me up were marked police cars and paddy wagons.

An isolated location was then sought and they would have shot me based on the flawed history on the cops computer describing me as a lunatic with no witnesses. The bikies ride high-powered Harley Davisons and Japanese motorcycles meant to scare any person in some instances the bikies went on to assault me trying to get me to react. Setting off car alarms as they roared down the street, usually off duty police.

The common themes being no assistance from police, the duration of time of the harassment, 5 years. The amount of police involved, and the lack of investigation by authorities. PIC, Ombudsman, ICAC, HREOC.

But police, politicians or any government official would not take any action or initiate any investigation or any forum in relation to my civil or democratic rights even to resolve the outstanding conflict of interest me getting assistance in and emergency by police. That means I have to solve it. How do you suppose I do that?

I can prove the government in this state issued a directive in my case, a conspiracy if you like, that was detrimental to my health and well being and inconsistent with the law in this State. Directives are issued inside prison and outside prison to take care of the spoils, and we have to start solving the infamous crimes to solve and understand why there is a loss of innocent, young, vulnerable, helpless, and desperate people in the community.

And the nominee's are: Bob Carr, Jeff Shaw, Paul Whelan, Peter Ryan, Clive Small, Ron Woodham John Klok and Carl Scully..

When inquires were made about Clive Small, Ron Woodham and John Klok the questions remained questions and are still questionable. Rolling the Legal System. Furthermore, the said nominee's stay at the top and try to stay together.

What we could have is some answers?

There are many people I could nominate as those who were taken away inside New South Wales Prisons.Those who were known to me and their story like Van Tran, a young man who was just married with a young baby. He was denied giving his DNA to the Crown to prove his innocents, when a person in the Police academy’s girl friend was killed, Tran was blamed. Subsequently, he was stabbed in prison and died before he attained the right to an appeal to have his DNA tested and introduced by the prosecutor or the defence.
