Wrongfully detained woman Cornelia Rau has travelled to Melbourne, in breach of a South Australian mental health order.It is understood that Ms Rau was granted several days' leave by psychiatrists at the Central Northern Adelaide Health Service to attend the Mildura Writers' Festival but failed to return as promised.
