Australian fathers under terrorist attack-by its Politicians

Ruthless terrorists tactics are used by the state deny devoted fathers their children, and place vulnerable children at risk when they are denied their fathers protection. Five hundred thousand Australian children are denied contact with their father usually resulting from orders of the state by the Family and other Courts.

Children denied their fathers protection are 7-10 times more likely to be physically and/or sexually abused.

Since the anti-Family Court was established, an equivalent number of fathers have been driven to suicide as a result of being denied their children as Australian soldiers killed in the Second World War (26,000)

Fathers can receive a knock on their door, be evicted out of their homes by federal or state police, with guns drawn or behind their backs; from homes they may have built with their own hands, based on politically correct allegations, a situation that can automatically place vulnerable children in danger when their fathers protection is removed from their lives.

Child abuses are walking from their trials with a smile on their face while fathers are disproportionally represented in the jail population, for breaching orders of the state. Usually restraining orders which are unnatural barriers placed between them and their children.

The feminist lobby are demanding that special jails be constructed ( labour camps ) to house men who continually breach restraining orders and that men who fail to pay maintenance to their ex-wives be prevented from fathering more children. [?]

The politicians are aware the anti Family Court, which denies children their natural fathers , openly advocates that homosexuals be permitted to adopt children. This is a terrorist attack on the basic laws of nature.

P M Howard and Premiers , Carr, Bracks, Beattie, Gallop , Rann, Bacon and Martin, you and your fellow politicians while appeasing the feminist lobby to gain the female vote, have created a reign of terror against fathers and children that would embarrass Nazi Germany.

Only when politicians live in fear of fathers, after a massive well organised similar attack of politicians by father's groups, will cause politicians! to stop the rampaging assault on Australian society by monstrous feminist groups that have infiltrated government departments of power.

I have been arrested 9 times , twice in my own home ( 4 times while in court !) placed in handcuffs 14 times , even while being taken to and from a cell to court, ( also charged with assaulting police while wearing handcuffs !! ), as a result of me resisting the tyranny that has denied me any contact or knowledge of my children, now for nearly 10 years.

Note, there has not even been an allegation that I have harmed any of my seven children. The cost to the taxpayer to deny me my children, now exceeds $ 500,000.

This itself is a terrorist attack on the taxpayer.

By Ian Kay posted 31 April 03

Ed: I have not had any contact or knowledge with/of my two children for 15 years and they have lost a family who cares. Fact is most people in Australia today raise other peoples children. If the other people decide not to care for them, down the track, then you may well find them being cared for in an institution or jail. If they have entered an institution they will end up in jail, statistics prove it.

Updated 2009

Initially, my children were sleeping in bed at 'their home', the wife rang police as she had left the house and wanted them now. The police came to my home and put a gun to my head. Hand over the kids or die.

Your matter was cheap by the way.
The NSW government spent about 3 Million dollars of taxpayers money, at the very least, preventing me having access and custody of my children. As I was sent to prison for nearly five years for her manslaughter, eventually killing my wife in a crisis situation over access after a 12 month dispute in the bias anti-Family Court, who denied me access.

Then the State of NSW made a law for one man called the Community Protection Act 1994, which was struck down by the High Court.

The authorities then placed my children in protective custody, and legislated them to be
stolen by people, who were not even related to them, without my 'authority or consent'.

Placed me on social services for 20 years to date because no one would employ me - after I was made 'public enemy number one' and 'vilified' for a state election.

Now I am
suing the State government for false imprisonment for 7 months and assault. All because as you said the feminist lobby and the very bias Anti-Family Court.

Australian accused of plot to bomb embassies

An Australian man charged after a series of counter-terrorism raids this month allegedly planned to bomb Israeli diplomatic buildings in Canberra and Sydney. The 49-year-old man, named as Jack Roche, was arrested in Perth late last night over an alleged plan to bomb diplomatic posts in Australia.

The Australian Federal Police said he faced a charge of conspiracy to bomb diplomatic premises in Australia when he appears in the Perth Court of Petty Sessions this morning. AFP general manager national operations Ben McDevitt said his arrest was not connected to the [false flag] Bali bombings.

A spokesperson for Justice Action Mr.Sooth Sayer said " the arrest is most likely connected to the invasion of the mans privacy by the new powers of ASIO. These are extraordinary laws that were invented, using people as pawns to get unprecedented powers to use to lever John Howard's propaganda machine."

His lawyer Rob Mazza said Mr Roche had been charged with two offences. "All I can say is that I've been instructed to appear for Mr Roche and that I know really nothing about him or his background,"He has been charged with two counts of conspiracy under the Commonwealth Crimes Act relating to an allegation that he and others intentionally planned to destroy or damage, it seems from the charges, the Israeli embassy in Canberra and the Israeli consulate in Sydney."

The scavengers of terror

The NSW Government is to introduce increased police powers bill. Legislation giving New South Wales police special powers to deal with an emergency terrorist situation [emergency scapegoat situation] will be introduced into the New South Wales Parliament today.

A Spokesperson for Justice Action Gregory Kable said, " It will increase powers to detain and interrogate suspects, chase people around with helicopters and invite police into your home after they break down the doors and windows. They will then go on to steal your property and line you up for an indictment, of some sort based on fiction."

"The dead are mauled and the scavengers of terror reach out to pick up the scraps. These scavengers like John Howard, NSW Police, Bob Carr, ASIO and now Queensland police, as well as many others who seek more power and they all want to pick the flesh of the dead, right down to the bone by exploiting the terror."

"For heavens sake give a dog more bite?

Since when! No! Give a dog a bone and make it hungry. These people are public servants and there to serve the public not to terrorise them, especially after they spend our taxes chasing witches ?

Premier Bob Carr says the powers would be triggered if police have reasonable grounds to believe there is an imminent threat of an attack, [imminent need for a scapegoat] or if an actual strike has occurred [false flag operation was perpetrated] "Then they'd be lifted. [?]

I respect civil liberties concerns with legislation like this and I think we can meet the concerns of civil libertarians," he said."But in the security situation we face these powers sadly are necessary."

[To quell dissent? For the Coalition of the Killing's resource wars in the Middle East? False Flag Operations? Scapegoats and Patsies, Noble Cause Corruption? Etc...]

New laws to crack down on bikies

NEW laws may be introduced in South Australia to stop motorcycle gangs becoming involved in security firms, amid concerns the companies are being used as fronts for criminal operations.

South Australian Attorney-General Michael Atkinson says the gangs are suspected of organising friendly crowd controllers at pubs and clubs, giving them the chance to sell drugs at the venues.

"What we suspect is that a particular motorcycle gang became involved in this area and, we think, purchased a firm supplying security agents, that they lined up a whole lot of people who were cleanskins with no criminal record to act as the licensed security agents . . . our suspicion is they were improperly influenced by the bikie gang," Mr Atkinson said.

He rejected suggestions police were unwilling to tackle the gangs because they feared retribution. [Or they work with police!]

"Police have tackled bikie gangs head on they have a special operation, Operation Avatar, to deal with them."

It is understood at least four gangs are involved in two Adelaide-based security companies and two nightclubs. The security businesses act as a legitimate front for laundered money from bikie-related drug dealings and other criminal activity, and bringing the gangs closer to illegal drug consumers.

"It gives them better access to clientele and even to the younger customers," a source said. The gang-run security firms often targeted under-age functions because youth were considered "more dependable customers", the source said.

But it was impossible to link the gangs to the security firms because they employed people with clean records to run their businesses. "These cleanskins the majority of them are good people, it's just that they're bankrolled by these people and it's good money."

Security Institute president Stephen Tribbins said the institute met police every two months to discuss issues of concern, and gang involvement had been raised.

"I understand there is one documented case where a bikie gang became involved in a crowd-control company, and we did pass that on to the police," he said.

Differences in licensing systems from state to state caused the industry problems, Mr Tribbins said. In South Australia, a state police check was required for people seeking a licence.

"It might be better for someone like the Australian Federal Police to have control of that," he said.

A spokesman for Justice Action in Sydney says the bikies have gone further than that in New South Wales, Gregory Kable said "The Rebels bikie group are in the police force and I have the evidence to support that". Take the case of Stephen William McDowell dedicated 17 years of his life serving as a NSW police officer." He said.

The Daily Telegraph reported on 5 Sep 02 that "McDowell served in the elite Tactical Response Group"."He is president, Rebel OMCG" (outlaw motorcycle gang).
